A water lover’s dream vacation!

This 4-bed, 3-bath lakefront vacation rental in Lakeway has a new, large deck and its own boat dock. Launch your boat at Lakeway Marina, and tie it up at the owners dock when the Lake Travis level is at 645 + feet. Or take advantage of the quiet cove for kayaking, swimming or just floating.

Inside, enjoy lake views from the living and dining areas, as well as deck access from the kitchen and master suite. The home has a fireplace, wet bar and large eat-in kitchen. There’s a sleeping option to suit everyone, from a king bed in the master suite to twin bunks in the 4th bedroom. In total, there’s plenty of room for people to sprawl out and enjoy waterfront fun in Lakeway!

INSIDE THE HOUSE

A huge, open plan living space is just the place to relax as a group, with comfortable Quatrine couches and chair in front of a brick-surround fireplace and 52” flat screen TV. A built-in entertainment center with A/V components and surround sound adds to the fun. The large kitchen features granite countertops and vintage appliances; a breakfast bar with 4 barstools and a breakfast table can seat an additional 6 people. A more formal dining room seats 8 and features a wet bar to compliment your meals.

On sunny days, take your meal outside to the spectacular lakeside deck. With an outdoor dining table and six chairs, as well as loungers and shade umbrellas, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view.

In the master suite, enjoy a king size bed, 42” flat screen TV and private entry to the deck. The adjacent master bathroom offers two vanities and a walk in shower with two shower heads—no waiting in line to wash off the day! The second bedroom has a queen bed, while two twin beds furnish the third bedroom and the fourth offers twin bunks and an extra trundle, making it ideal for a family vacation.

A shower/tub combo in the second bathroom and walk-in shower in the 3rd means there’s plenty of convenience for the group here.

OUR LOCATION

You’ll have your own private boat dock, with outdoor seating and ceiling fans, allowing you to tie up your boat if Lake Travis level is 645 + feet—or head down to the private cove for some kayaking, swimming or floating. Rent a boat at the Lakeway Marina is only 1.5 miles away or just across the cove. Enjoy a steak at Masterson Steakhouse on the coast only a 6 minute drive away, or head across the Colorado River for po’ boys and live music at the Gnarly Gar. For a bit more activity, Austin is just a 40-minute drive away (about 20 miles)!

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
