Recently furnished the large upper unit, approximately 1,400 SF., is situated on a corner lot with unobstructed views. French windows throughout provide cool ocean breezes and plenty of sunlight. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Featuring barrel ceilings throughout the living and dinning rooms. The large dining room seats eight. The breakfast nook in the kitchen seats four. The sundeck off the kitchen provides a bbq, heat lamp and lounge chairs . Also convenient is the separate washer and dryer room. Full amenities are provided such as toiletries, towels, bedding and a fully stocked kitchen. Each large bedroom has a new Cal King bed with fresh linens. Also provided is a twin sized cot for adult/child. All rooms have large French style windows. Quincy La Casa has its own private garden entrance as well as one designated street side parking space. A must for the shore area!

Belmont Shore is centrally located between downtown Los Angeles and Orange County. 710 freeway to LA is minutes away as is 405 freeway to both Los Angeles or Orange Co. We are 30 minutes to Disneyland and Knott's berry Farm. 10 minutes to CSULB. And 5 minutes to the bike path that leads to the LB Aquarium. The ocean, bay and main shopping area is within walking distance. There is Rosie's dog beach just 2 blocks away. Great area for family, kids and dogs. There is boating, sailing, paddle boarding and kite surfing all within walking distance including The Belmont Athletic Club on 2nd St. The grocery store is a short bike ride away or 15 minute walk. We are always available. We have lived here for twenty years and can help you with any travel questions. For tenants staying longer than one month, deposit is $1,500. Dogs are considered on a per request basis with a refundable pet deposit. FOR STAYS OVER 30 Days TENANT REQUIRED TO SIGN A LEASE WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER CHECK IN. COPY PROVIDED UPON REQUEST.
We live below so we prefer conscientious guests. No late night parties after 11 pm. No late nite parties on the out door patio. No smoking. Limit-two children under the age of 10 years old. We are providing a fully furnished home with amenities exclusively for our guests. We hope guests will appreciate our lovely casita and leave it as they found it.

I am an artist/writer who has lived in the beautiful Belmont Shore, Long Beach area for over 20 years with my husband and three dachshunds. We are originally from the East coast. We came to California about 30 years ago and have not looked back since.
My husband is an avid surfer who enjoys jumping in the car any chance he gets to catch the latest swell just 15 minutes south. He also enjoys golfing at any of the many golf courses just minutes away when he is feeling particularly good about his game.
As for myself I teach painting to the neighborhood children and a few talented adults in the area. I've worked for over 20 years as an internationally published artist. I've also completed many large hotel design commissions in the Pacific region. Recently I have been spending most of my time writing for a local magazine and working on a children's book based on our lives with three rambunctious wiener dogs and a dapper grey cat, Mr. Blu, who hopes someday to be a dachshund.
We bought our 1928 Spanish duplex as a fixer upper in the 90's. It has become a project of love as each year we continue to update it into a comfortable creative living space. My husband and I live in the lower unit surrounded by our lovely intimate garden.
This year after two decades of renting our beautiful airy upstairs unit we have decided to transform it into a comfortable vacation rental for those wanting to visit this centrally located part of California. Within walking distance to the ocean, bay, five star restaurants and upscale shopping we think our guests will fall in love not only with the area but also with Quincy La Casa.
We also manage the beautiful Cottage Napoles for larger families looking for more space in the Naples area.
