Uninterrupted, stunning, panoramic views from Devils Peak through Table Mountain and Lion's Head to Signal Hill.

It is centrally located, close to numerous Long and Kloof street restaurants, parliament, museums and the company gardens and a stones throw away from the Cape Town International Convention Centre and a short distance to the V&A Waterfront where a ferry can be taken to the historical Robben Island.


This tastefully decorated, fully furnished apartment includes DSTV and internet connection, is serviced once a week (or more often on request). There is a secure parking bay, swimming pool, and gym in the building. The friendly security is on duty 24hours a day. It is suited for business travelers and holiday makers alike and is available for holiday rental / short term let.

Many tourist attractions (Company Gardens, The Castle, museums...) as well as within walking distance of the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre). The V&A Waterfront is also within walking distance or short taxi drive away.

Located on MyCiti bus stops, Adderley and Darling streets. Taxi rank outside building.
On hop on hop off bus route. 1 allocated parking bay in the same building included in the rent.

Please note the rates that are advertised are for the current season, should you enquire to book for another season the rate may be subject to change. We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar apartment, should your apartment not be available for any reason whatsoever.
The apartment is located in Cartwright's Corner, which upon completion in the late sixties was said to be the tallest building in Africa (besides the Pyramids in Egypt) The apartments are Manhattan Style, 10 years old.
