As for the location, your positioned 2 minutes walk from the beach and the David Intercontinental Hotel. Nehemia Street itself is very quiet and peaceful, however you are only 5 minutes walk from the famous Shuk Market and the must-see area of Neve Tzedek, with it's century old structures, artistic atmosphere and many trendy bars and cafes. This apartment would be an excellent vacation choice for small families.

Most importantly, a very check-in and very flexible check-out. We will meet you at the apartment with the keys and give you the 'grand tour'. Similar again at check-out we will meet you before you need to depart for the airport and go over any questions or comments. You will have 2 mobile numbers for any issues which arrive during your stay. Having lived in Tel Aviv for a long time feel free to ask for recommendations on restaurants, coffee shops, museums, tour guides, bike rental, car rental, walks or anything else which can make your stay more enjoyable.
Electricity is charged separately by the meter so guests only pay for what they use. We take the meter readings together on both your first and last day and you pay the standard Israeli rate of 0.7 Shekels per unit. This we collect in Shekels when you return the keys at check-out.
