The deck has seating for six plus day bed and sun lounge. This is undercover making it usable during all weather conditions.

The pool is key accessed only so you will be sharing with a maximum of 7 other apartments only and often you may find you have it to yourselves.
Please note that both bathrooms have showers and not baths.
Linen is included with the exception of beach towels.
'Avalon of Byron Bay' has a strict 'no party' policy nor will excessive noise be tolerated and a fine will apply if security is required to be called. We thank you in advance for respecting this request.

A BBQ is located on the deck for your personal use however a cleaning fee of $35 applies if not left clean.
We endeavour to attend to replacements and repairs as soon as possible however you will appreciate that at times this is out of our control.
We are very careful to give a true description and recent photos of the apartment and no refund will be given if guests are unsatisfied on arrival.
