Master has queen size bed with down comforter, with it's own luxurious marble bath with 5 ft jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 queen bed, down comforter, comfy reading chair, dormer ceiling, very light and bright. #3 Bedroon/Loft, can be used as another sleeping area or a work area. It has a very comfortable queensize futon, high ceilings, built in shelves, work space,
and sky lights. The shared bath has a great shower with double shower heads, lots of thick fluffy towels, very light with an operable sky light. Bedroom #2 and #3 can be closed off to make a very nice two room suite with bath.
Two living areas give plenty of room to spread out on the comfy down couch or huge sectional. The gas fireplace not only gives charm to the room, but also gives off heat and makes that area even more cozy. Sit back and enjoy a good movie on the 50' Dolby LCD digital surround sound flat screen TV with Netflix set up on DVR player. Downstairs there is another work area space off the living room. A powder room off the living room original stain glass window, lots of artwork and a huge baroque antique mirror...Great Color! !!
Kitchen equipped for a simple meal or a gourmet dinner party. Natural gas BBQ on deck (just turn on), wet bar, top of the line appliances. Dining room directly off the kitchen, table(2 leaves) can seat 2 to 8.
In the spring, the back yard deck is a great place for relaxing. Lots of comfortable seating, plenty of umbrellas, water feature and a Weber natural gas BBQ. It's a great for entertaining.

The house is in a great walking neighborhood. Cheesman Park across the street, good for strolling, running, picnics. Five minutes, down the alley, Wynman's Pub, Lick's famous homemade ice cream and a new coffee house. Within one or two blocks more fun cafes and restaurants. Downtown bus stop is at the end of the block. Goes directly to 16th Street Mall, Convention Center, Coors Field and more.
Mombo's Vic is located in Cheesman Park/Capital area. Local bus at the end of the block goes directly downtown. Two blocks to the Botanical Gardens, Cheesman Park across the street and City Park(zoo,museums,golf) 10 minutes away.
