A comfortable and spacious (approx. 700 sq ft) private apartment. Enjoy massive 7x7 windows, cozy furnishings, and rooftop access. Multiple subway lines within walking distance. Perfect for adventurous groups and small families. Welcome to my home!
The apartment is a cozy mix of old and new. There is an antique bar, large bookcases, and huge windows. I lived in Europe for a year and like to decorate the apartment with many of my travel finds. A plush reading chair sits next to the window, which is perfect for reading the newspaper in the morning or a good book in the evening. The couch comfortably sleeps an extra person. There is a second living space, which is large enough for one, even two air mattresses. It has its own TV as well as a wardrobe for the personal items of guests.
The minimalist bedroom is perfect for cozy mornings in bed. And although there is a 7x7 window, it enjoys complete privacy due to surrounding trees and full-length privacy curtains.
There is a small four-person dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a french press, blender, and an electric mixer for baking. There is also an office space and free-internet access.

Although there is no dog in this apartment, the building is pet-friendly. A few neighbors have dogs, which makes the building that much more safe! Therefore, I would like to mention this in case of sensitive allergies that you may have. The apartment will be cleaned thoroughly before your visit.
The apartment is professional cleaned before each guest visit.
