This home strikes a balance between traditional charm (built in 1949) and modern decor/amenities. Featuring a mix of bright blue and calming gray, this home is accentuated with original hardwood floors and trim. Kitchen was remodeled in 2010.

Le logement

The 2 bedrooms each feature a queen bed. There is also a mudroom that can fit a queen air mattress (it is Costco brand and offers remote control fill settings, an inflatable headboard, and it is roughly 2 feet off the ground). Thus the house would be most comfortable for 4 or fewer people, but can accommodate up to 6.

The bathroom is small, but offers plenty of storage options (shelves, towel racks/hooks, under the sink). Lastly, and a recent 2010 addition, we have a full mudroom, complete with walk in pantry and full washer and dryer.

My home was built in 1949 and I am only the second owner. I have maintained many of the original features of this home, but have added my own influence as well. The living room features a big comfortable sectional sofa, while the kitchen offers plenty of counter space and modern appliances. We have a full, fenced back yard, a small patio set (seats 4), and a grill for those of you that enjoy the outdoors.

The whole house is accessible for guests.

I will be available by email and phone, but will not be in the city at the same time as guests. I am very prompt to respond and will address any issues that come up quickly.

Autres remarques

My home is pet friendly. As a dog owner, I understand how difficult it can be for pet owners to travel. My home has a dog door (medium sized) that can be open or closed, right into the fenced back yard. My neighborhood is also a wonderful place to walk dogs.

While I do not have cable, I do have a 32" television with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast which is excellent for Netflix/Hulu/HBO Go, etc!

The kitchen is fully stocked with many appliances, such as:
-George Foreman
-Keurig coffee maker
-food processor
-toaster oven
-full sized oven

The bathroom is small! While it is fully functional, I do not want anyone to have false expectations.

2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 mudroom with queen air mattress capabilities.

Parking gratuit sur place

Règlement intérieur

This is my primary residence that I rent out while I am away, so I ask that guests be aware of this and be courteous of my belongings. Certain closets may be locked for storage purposes. I also ask that you are mindful of loud noise after 10PM as the home is located in a neighborhood, and smoking is not permitted inside the home.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kaitlen's house, everything looked the way it did in the pictures and was even more cozy than expected. We had a few kids with us, but between the adults and kids we all slept comfortably and the extra mudroom with the queen blow up mattress made it easy to accommodate all of our guests. The area was quiet and the neighbors were very nice and greeted us in the mornings. I would recommend Kaitlen's property to anyone visiting the Nashville area as it was very close to all the major attractions and only a short Uber ride or drive away. If it's ever available again in future, I will definitely look to stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place for travelling with dogs - Easy and convenient to downtown Nashville and my family in Sylvan Park. Loved the back yard and the Chromecast (once we figured out how to use it)!

Kaitlyn was amazing! She set towels out and totally opened her home up to us. I was traveling with my family and she was so kind to even set coloring books and crayons for my two nephews- which they came in handy! I definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling through Nashville and need a comfortable place to stay in, without being in expensive hotels!
