A well lit, permit parking space for one car adjacent to the apartment is included in the price.
Direct access to the river is not possible from Fewster Way however. Residents and owners prefer this as helps keep the area secure.

Born and educated in York, moved to Hong Kong 1980, have lived here ever since. Living by the sea and being able to enjoy outside sports & activities and sailing 12 months of the year is not an easy thing to give up - especially with the opportunity to sail from Hong Kong to places in Philippines, Thailand & Vietnam.
Kids have now grown up & flown the coup, so my wife and I now get to do a lot more travelling, and we prefer staying in rented apartments or villa's to Hotels so we have a fair idea of what guests are looking for. However we only manage to visit family and friends in UK / Europe once a year as it’s a long haul from Hong Kong, but when we are there, our Apartment by the river in York is our Home-from-Home and we love staying there.
We currently have 2 properties listed with Airbnb, one in York, UK and one is Sotogrande Spain. We have been sharing or letting our riverside apartment in York on other websites for over 15 years, and we’ve received vary many great reviews, as we are very fortunate to have a wonderful Housekeeper who is superb at taking care of all our guests needs and is always on hand should any situation arise.
We've been sharing/letting our Apartment in Sotogrande for 10 years and again we have some good reviews as we are also supported by a very capable Housekeeper who takes care of all our guests needs.
Sailing is what drew us to discover Sotogrande. One summer in the late 90's, along with my family I chartered a yacht from Gibraltar and we sailed to many wonderful places; Ceuta, & Smur, Morocco, Puerto Banus. The day we sailed into Sotogrande we were smitten. And we've been coming back each summer ever since, eventually buying our apartment as base for chartering and sailing around the region - as well as being a place to finally retire to one day.
When not messing about in boats other interests include; Geology, History – especially York’s own history, Diving & Skydiving, Classic Cars & Classic Boats, I have renovated and own one of each. However at 63 sailing remains my main passion – and so if I'm sometimes a bit slow with my replies, it’s usually because I'm off sailing somewhere!
