The apartment is situated in the chic district of Vinohrady in a historic building. Enjoy the cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen while exploring the fascinating city of Prague. Convenient for public transport and a leisurely 10 minute walk to Vaclavske Square you can enjoy the beauty of this extraordinary place without being over-run by tourists. There are many trendy bars, restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood as well as some tourist hotspots including the famous 'Baby Tower'.
Fully reconstructed cozy Art Deco inspired apartment, fully furnished and equipped with a view to a small garden courtyard so very quiet and no traffic noise. Excellent public transport connections and also a short walk to Vaclavske Square. Supplied also is a washing machine, hairdryer and television. There is also an iron and ironing board, hangers in the wardrobe, umbrellas and house slippers.
Enjoy evenings in local restaurants or popular bars away from the main tourist places. Or feel free to select a board game supplied in the apartment and enjoy an evening in with a few Czech beers.
Feel free to ask any questions to me about the city and I will always be available during your stay if you need help with orientation or information.

As well as the apartment, there is access to the small courtyard at the back of the property. It is possible to sit out when the weather is nice with a glass of wine.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
I will be in front of the apartment to meet you with the key when we agree on a time. I will give you a short introduction to the flat to make sure you know how everything works. There is a welcome pack which contains all the necessary information about public transport, nearby places and tourist attractions. I will be available during your stay if you have any questions or concerns and if you want a Czech beer with me then we can arrange a drink together.
I am a native English speaker who has been living here for many years. The flat is in the area of Vinohrady and is for residents or expats. It is a great area to feel like you are experiencing real Czech life which is devoid of the normal tourists. On the other hand it is just a short walk directly to Wenclas Square and the City Centre.
Ich Spreche Deutsch.
Please refrain from smoking inside the flat but you are welcome to use the courtyard to smoke outside. Please follow the 10pm - 6am quiet period which is set by the city law.
I am originally from Manchester, UK and I have been living in Prague for around 15 years. I am an easy going guy that loves travelling, meeting new people and trying different food. I am a huge book lover so you will be able to read any you see on my book shelf when you visit.
I cook in a small supper club which I organise for travellers too and professionally I teach English to Czech business people.
I love the Airbnb style of travelling and interested to hear my hosts travelling stories and enjoy a Czech beer together while you are staying.
