Escape to seaside luxury in this beautiful holiday home within very short walking distance from Goodrington North Sands Beach, providing very comfortable accommodation for groups of up to 8 -10 guests (10 guests from December onwards).

Exterior ~ In addition to private parking, a plush bar area and hot tub are situated to the rear of the property. This decked garden area enjoys superlative sunsets of the South Devon sky, and the wooden-clad bar stylishly offsets the sleek black and steel garden loungers, sofa and BBQ, creating a luxurious summer soirée spot.

To the right of this relaxed area is a raised dining terrace, complete with a large table, chairs and parasol which seats up to 6 people.

Even better, the high-spec timber hot tub is situated indoors and accessible via steps bedecked with exotic plants. Sliding glass doors open straight into the garden, giving guests the choice between soaking up the summer heat, or enjoying spectacular storms from a sheltered vista.

Interior ~ A beautiful modern kitchen lies at the heart of the home, complete with granite units and a centre island kitted out with padded leather breakfast seats. Buttermilk tiles and touches lift the room, which is fully equipped with a stainless steel oven, grill and hob, and looks out on to the stunning decked area – with a window perfect for passing food through!

A gorgeous exposed dark-beam doorway leads into the spacious living room and dining room, which is also naturally lit with sweeping windows. The living area continues the theme of sleek granite complemented by warm blues, and boasts leather sofas and a beckoning fireplace, along with an HDTV and large marbled granite dining table.

Four - five spacious bedrooms make up the sleeping accommodation. The master bedroom on the ground floor features a king-size bed, double glass doors, a television, walk-in wardrobe and mirrored dressing area, decorated with a plush ruby and cream finish.

The room boasts its own wet room style en-suite complete with a bath and separate shower. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

This leaves two ample and south-facing doubles on the first floor. Bedroom Two is finished in lavish mauves and creams, complete with a French-finish dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom Three is dressed in dainty country blues and whites with a metal frame bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The fourth & fifth bedrooms have zip and link super-king beds in them which can also be split into two singles depending on your group.

The first floor features another beautiful bathroom, fitted with a bath and separate shower. There is also a small study or games room on the first floor; ideal for curling up with a book or journal on the beanbag or chair whilst enjoying the spectacular views, or guests can battle each other on the Xbox.

Guests have access to the whole house to enjoy on their stay, as well as the hot tub for an extra charge.

Guests will have a point of contact during their stay who will be more than happy to help with any requests they have. However, they will not be intrusive, leaving guests to enjoy their stay!

The many delights of the seaside village of Paignton are only a short walk away, or can be accessed by the frequent public transport that runs all through Torbay. The beach at Goodrington is a long sand and pebble beach, perfect for young and old, and is very popular in the summer months, with Quay West Water Park just behind this.

Paignton itself boasts a vibrant town centre with attractions for all the family, including play parks, crazy golf, a long Green ideal for picnics, as well as a number of restaurants, bars and takeaways, all of which contribute to the real seaside atmosphere of the town. A train station and plenty of bus stops also mean that it’s easy to travel around to the surrounding area, which too boasts a wealth of activities and sights to see, including bike hire, paint balling, go-karting, boat trips, Paignton Zoo, Agatha Christie’s house at Greenway, Living Coasts and the Steam Railway, meaning there’s no end to what you can enjoy on your holiday to spectacular South Devon!

Public transport is plentiful in the South Devon area, with Cherry Stones within a short walk of Paignton train station, connecting you to the South West on the Riviera line. There are also frequent busses, and reasonably priced local taxi firms catering for shorter or longer distances.

The Hot Tub can be hired for an additional charge, but we ask guests shower before using this. The house can also accommodate pets for a small extra charge. We do ask that, in consideration of our non-smoking guests, you do not smoke on the property.

Based in Torquay, UK, Devon is our home territory and we have recently applied our resources to helping local owners and building and excellent selection of properties. Ours is a family business and was founded in 2000 and has grown to have an excellent reputation with owners and guests.

We provide a fully comprehensive package including online bookings, payments in multi-currencies, phone support to holiday visitors in English & German.
