As one enters the large, gated property, the first impressive sight is that of indigenous silvery green olive trees, swaying in the gentle Aegean breeze. Immediately you’ll realize that you are in the beautiful country of some of the finest olives and olive oil in the Mediterranean! A sprinkling of palm trees, oleanders, honeysuckle and geraniums suggests the sea and beach are nearby. There is a large BBQ Grill, and in addition a Closed Double Barrel Smoker for those wanting to try their expertise at smoking meat!
Surrounded by a large yard, this corner condo along with its twin condo is enclosed by Leyland bushes. As a corner condo, there is a full view from 3 sides of the house. Enter the condo by way of an attractive stairway with a covered landing at the front door. Tastefully designed and painted in natural colors, the exterior is pleasing indeed. Upon walking through a screened and security front door, one finds them self in an open planned living area, with a view that is indescribable. The floor area is 46 square meters (460 square feet). The kitchen is modern with lovely and functional wooden cabinets, a stainless steel oven/stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. There is a large sink & dish drain area, including a window above the sink, overlooking the front yard. The eating area is furnished with an authentic retro dining table set. While seated at the table, the view from the large side sliding glass doors looks out to the side of the yard. There is a balcony and 2nd stairway, leading into the garden, from these doors.
The living room area is furnished with plenty of seating, including a double sofa/bed and two cushioned bamboo chairs, a coffee table and console. The living area overlooks the large seaside of the yard, with a spectacular view of the Aegean Sea and sandy beach shoreline. It is a unique design that located the living area on the upper floor as to relish such a magnificent view. There is a bathroom located on this level that includes a toilet, a sink and an enclosed shower, with lovely tiles. The entire living area has beautiful tile flooring. This upper level has very large glass sliding and screened doors, facing the sea and a large balcony for relaxing & eating outdoors, if desired, in the summer breeze.
To reach the two bedrooms, descend a beautiful wooden staircase. This level is also 46 square meters (460 square feet). The master bedroom has a view of the back yard and the sea. This large bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, 2 night tables, a comfortable armchair, a vintage light oak chest of drawers and a roomy closet. The 2 sets of windows are large w/shutters & safety wrought iron, so that you may leave the windows opened at night, if desired. This room has an air condition, as well as a ceiling fan. You may exit into the back yard through double glass & screened doors from the master bedroom, onto a lovely tiled patio.
The smaller bedroom is furnished with two single sized beds, a sizable closet and a ceiling fan. The windows are small and can be opened, as well. The full-sized bathroom includes a toilet, sink, enclosed shower and bathtub and a washing machine for clothes. The tiles are beautiful shades of blues and white. The flooring is tiled. Entire house has radiator heating.

When you stay at our Beach house it is as if YOU LIVE THERE! We stay out of your way unless you request our assistance. Then we are at your disposal :-)

We are located about 1,5Km(1mile) from Gerakini village. what we love about where we are located is that we are not in the hustle and bustle of the village. Close enough to walk to but far enough to avoid all the commotion.

In order to get to our Beach House, there are a variety of ways. There are rental cars, taxis, and buses that leave the airport of Thessaloniki and can bring you to the house. If you choose to take the bus please inform us so we can arrange for pick up. Once you have arrived, a car is needed if you wish to travel. There are local taxis available by reservation and the village of Gerakini is about 1,5Km(1mile) away.

Guests MUST return Keys to Property owner BEFORE departure. This will occur along with an inspection of house before Guests leave.
