À propos de ce logement
Awesome 550 square foot studio apartment in a great part of the city if you are wanting to explore Portland. Queen Tempurpedic bed. Walkable to lots of restaurants, shops, movie theater, grocery stores, etc. Please read full house rules before booking :)
If you don't like cats, or are allergic, this is not the listing for you :)
This apartment is on the third floor, and there are no elevators - just FYI!
Full kitchen and super cozy living space. Clawfoot bath tub.
My cat is well behaved and he will likely want to snuggle you. Like all kitties, he might make some noises in the night like scratching on his scratch pad and such. The litter box is in the bathroom and shouldn't be an issue if you're only staying for a day or two. Longer stays will require doing some scooping to keep things fresh. He has an automatic feeder so it's easy!
This is a turn of the century building with some obvious aging - charming, but not modern. Clean of course, but the common areas are older. I just like to set clear expectations :)
Accès des voyageurs
This is a full space just for you - I will be staying elsewhere.
Coffee grinder, beans, French press and full kitchen.
Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime! Bring Xbox games if you want!

I will be here in town to check you in or if not, I will hide a key for you.
This neighborhood has a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance. High end market is right across the street and be sure to take a walk over to 28th ave for some of the best restaurants in town. It's about an 8 minute drive to downtown! My favorite park, Laurelhurst, is about a mile away and such a great walk.
The #12 bus will take you downtown and comes about every 15 minutes. If you want, download the TriMet app for up to date bus times and locations. It's $2.50 for every two hours - you can download the app and buy tickets there, or have exact cash when you walk on the bus.
If you're sensitive to traffic noises, the street noise might bother you. I sleep just fine through it, but again, some people are light sleepers so this might not be a good spot for those folks. I do provide ear plugs for light sleepers.
There is free street parking and it's not hard to find a spot within a block or so. You will want to avoid parking in the 1 hour spaces to avoid tickets.
*** Please read the whole description before Instant Booking. Being my guest also includes some very light cat care, but I want to make sure you're okay with that before paying! *****
I only have one key to my building, so please be responsible with it. When you leave the building, you cannot get back in without the key so just be really conscious of that.
Absolutely no smoking in the apartment - It will cause major problems for me.
Please no parties at all - be respectful of my neighbors. Quiet time is after 10 pm and before 7 am.
Kindly wash your dishes and keep things generally tidy for when you check out - no worries about the linens or anything - I will wash those for you :) I hope you have a great stay!

Hey I'm Krista! I've been traveling with Airbnb for a year and a half and I really love this community. I own my home in beautiful Portland, OR and rent out the studio that I have listed on Airbnb. I've lived in northern Idaho and Southern Florida, but I'm happy to call Portland my home. I thrive in this city full of art, music, delicious and unique food and the wonderful (and typically quirky) people.
I'm an 'artist type" who loves to try my hand at new methods and materials of art and craft. I love to be in the out-of-doors as much as possible. I also love pets - two cats.
One of my favorite things to do is ride my scooter around town, exploring all of the different neighborhoods Portland has to offer.
