Rule 3
Each level of the building is secure and your two security fobs give lift access to your apartment floor, rooftop, mezzanine level laundry facilities, and after-hours foyer entry if the concierge is away from his desk. Cost of lost fobs is $150 per fob.
Rule 4
Keep apartment fresh. Place perishable garbage down the garbage chute located on each floor before sleeping. Don’t store garbage inside overnight.
Rule 5
Please report any breakages or damages in the apartment as soon as possible as we do not want to inconvenience our next guests. Where we are not notified of damages, extra fees will apply.
Rule 6
This is a commercial contract and the normal rules and regulations of New South Wales & Australia apply, including that you need to give us access to the apartment if we require.
Rule 7
We can request and effect early vacation of the apartment and refund unused nights. A $100 relisting fee can apply.

Quelle déception ! Je m'attendais à un joli studio et je me suis retrouvée dans une vieille chambre d'hôtel sans (URL HIDDEN) d'une salle de bain est vétuste. Le studio est très bruyant car il donne sur la rue et n'est pas équipé de double vitrage. Il est cependant très bien situé dans le centre ville. Pendant notre séjour nous avons demandé un sèche-cheveux et deux serviettes supplémentaires afin de pouvoir profiter de la piscine, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse à notre demande. Avant notre arrivée Peter + Rupesh avaient cependant eu la gentillesse de m'organiser la location d'une place de parking sur place et j'ai vraiment apprécié leur aide. Si vous êtes adepte du Airbnb version "je me sens bien comme chez moi", passez votre chemin !

We always tried our best to help our guests and we did believe our guest do read our profile and description before they book. We have never advertised our listing that we provide a hair dryer for this apartment plus we clear says in our listings as we only provide a standard sets of amenities to make our guests comfortable for their arrivals night. We are not associate with hotels . Nathalie , please read the descriptions of the listings when you book Airbnb next . In our case if you have fail to read our description and expected the 5 star hotel service in an budgeted service apartment. If you need those service , you better book a 5 stars hotels which charge you more than twice as our price .

The location of the apartment is fantastic. The check-in process runs very smoothly and the hotel staff are very helpful. The wifi in the apartment works very well. Peter and Rupesh are wonderful hosts who were very quick to respond to any queries we had. For example, they were very helpful in locating a restaurant nearby for dinner one evening. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was below expectation at the time of our visit, and this did affect the enjoyment of our stay. Peter and Rupesh were helpful and prompt in their response to our concerns, and are working towards not having this experience happen for future guests.

Nice place, right next to Hyde Park and Museum station. The heated pool was great to unwind in at the end of the day. Beautiful outlook over Hyde Park from the apartment.

It was really easy communicating with the hosts and their place is so convenient! It is so central and close to public transport and it is very walkable to the city area as well.

This place is super central and clean and tidy. The bathroom is quite dated and I would have loved a hairdryer to use during my stay. However, we were attending a conference in the Pullman next door and the location was perfect. The only other thing is the noise from the street but that's to be expected being inner city, and I was happy to exchange having a bit of noise because we were able to open the windows to get fresh air, unlike a hotel room. It was a shame that the space on the rooftop was not functional during our stay as this was one of the reasons that we booked this room. Pete and Rupesh's communication was great and the check in process was easy. The bed was comfy and we loved the fast internet. Thanks again!
