A spatious villa in a family friendly neighbourhood. Three bedrooms, a children's bed, highchair and lots of toys. A playground behind the house.
Spacious 300 square meter private villa near the sea and central Reykjavik. Top floor has 3 large bedrooms that easily sleep 6 people. There are two single beds in each bedroom. There is also on request, a bed for children up to 4-5 years old. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub and a shower.
The main floor consits of a living area, dining area, kitchen and a guest toilet. The basement has a spacious TV/working area, a bathroom with a double shower, steambath and a jacuzzi and a laundery room with a washer and dryer. The house has a nice garden with a wooden patio and deck furniture in summer.
Reykjavik is a vibrant city with a lot to offer, whale watching, shopping, fabulous nightlife, concerts, and many other things. You can also take trips to the Blue Lagoon geothermal health spa, see hot springs and waterfalls (Gullfoss and Geysir), or go horseback riding on an Icelandic pony.

No outdoor shoes indoors, best to bring slippers.
Please be careful with your luggage on the wooden floors.
House Wifi is 250 GB, if you go over this by for example by downloading movies, you will be charged for the extra cost.
Breaking or damaging anything in the house will result in extra costs.
Please respect the recycle policy further explained in information guests will be sent before arrival.
Leave house in a tidy state and please respect that this my home, not a hotel nor a guesthouse.
