The flat provides excellent entertainment space in the living room and on the terrace leading out to the front.
There is lots of storage throughout the flat, and the flat has everything that a modern home would have including 2 ovens, hob, dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi, etc. Kitchen essentials are in the apartment such as cooking pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, kettle, toaster, etc. Bedding and towels are being provided.
Right in the heart of Kensington with numerous shops and restaurants around, the local neighbourhood is safe and within 5 minutes walk to Kensington High Street to the North. Towards the East/South, sought-after Gloucester Road/Fulham Road are within 5 to 10-minute walks, respectively. Nearest Earl’s Court or Gloucster Road tube stations are a 5-minute walk (District, Circle and Piccadilly lines), providing excellent and direct connection to the City of London. Heathrow airport is 50 minutes away by tube and 30 minutes by car. Notting Hill is 15 minutes walking. Central London (Piccadilly) is 15 minutes away by tube. A large Sainsbury’s supermarket is only around corner on Cromwell Road.

The quiet master bedroom facing the back has a UK King Size bed (sleeps 2).
There is the option of placing an airbed mattress in this room.
There is also the option of placing a crib for an infant in this room.
The bathroom is en-suite: modern with granite finishing, floor heating, separate bath tub and luxurious walk-in shower (overhead + hand-held).
The quiet second bedroom also facing the back has a UK King Size bed (sleeps 2).
The second bathroom with floor heating and a walk-in shower (overhead + hand-held shower) features a washing machine and dryer behind wood panelling.
The living room features a cosy seating arrangement of two sofas around a coffee table. On the other side of the room is a large, wooden dining table (seats 6), next to the walk-in kitchen. Access to the balcony is via the living room.

No parties or activity that will disturb the neighbourhood and building after 11pm. Maintain security of the flat at all times. Otherwise, there are no extra-ordinary rules other than those which are usually customary. A detailed list of guidelines, reminders and clues for help are being provided in the manual for confirmed guests.
