Located in the secluded Indigo Reef Resort in Marathon, this luxury vacation rental is pure paradise. You will immerse yourself in long leisurely days of boating, lounging by the pool and watching spectacular sunsets from your back porch.
Located just 90 miles south of Miami and 45 miles from Key West, the resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with full access to the Atlantic Ocean. You'll have your own private boat dock just steps from your back porch. The Florida Keys are known for the best fishing, diving and tropical reefs in the world.
The villa is fully appointed for everything you will need for your stay.

The house will be ready for your arrival. The key will be left for you in the lock box. If you notice anything out of place, please contact us right away.
The house is fully stocked with towels, bed linens, beach towels and blankets. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, cookware, coffee pot, silverware, utensils and even a Margarita Maker! The resort has a charcoal grill near the pool you can use. You will find games, puzzles, books and DVD movies you can use while you stay. There is a washer and dryer, iron and hair dryer. We have cable TV with premium channels and free wi-fi. There is a land line phone in the house with free long distance (US and Canada...but no international calling). You will need to bring your own food, and there is a grocery store about five minutes away. You will generally find basic items, such as salt, pepper in the cupboards.
The resort offers many amenities you will enjoy. There is a heated pool, but be sure to use plastic plates and plastic glasses when you are poolside. There is a gym at the clubhouse, we have left you a key for access. Please be sure to leave the key in the house at the end of your stay. You have access to our boat dock, but there is a limit of a 31’ foot boat. Be sure the hose is tightly turned off. Do not leave garbage outside the unit. This is Florida and we do have critters you won’t want to invite in. There are secured garbage cans in the parking lot.
The house will be cleaned after you leave. Please bag all the garbage and put it in the garbage cans just to the left of the parking spot. We ask that you run the garbage disposal and dispose of anything perishable. No need to make up the beds. Leave the A/C on 78 degrees. Lock the doors (front and back).
Terms and conditions:
Lessee shall not assign this lease or sublet or permit the premises or any part thereof to be used by others without prior written consent of the Lessor. If any maintenance or need of repair occurs during the lease period, it is the obligation of the Lessee to notify the Lessor, or his agent, to arrange for such services.
Use of property
The Lessee will keep the premises in as good repair as at the beginning of the lease (wear and tear arising from reasonable use of the same, and damage by the elements occurring without any fault or neglect of the Lessee excepted), and at the expiration of said term will yield up the peaceable possession thereof to the Lessors or their agent.
The Lessee(s) specifically agree to assume financial responsibility for any damages or loss to the structure and/or furnishings and landscaping when caused by Lessee negligence or that of Lessee’s guests. The Lessor will keep the Lessee’s credit card information on file for a period of one week after the Lessee’s departure from the property for this purpose.
The Lessee agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Indigo Reef Homeowners Association, which are prominently displayed in the Unit. Any fines or penalties levied as a result of failure to abide by these rules will be the responsibility of the Lessee.
Violation of the maximum occupancy provision can result in serious health problems directly related to overuse of the septic system on the premises and may cause Lessor damage due to deterioration of the septic system, which is difficult to quantify. Therefore, in the event Lessee allows the premises to be occupied by more than the maximum occupancy allowed, Lessee shall be responsible to pay Lessor the sum of $100 for each person in excess of the maximum occupancy allowed for each day of the violation.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED. PETS are not permitted.
The Lessor and Lessee agree that the rental of these premises is for vacation or recreational purposes. It is suggested that Lessee provide personal property insurance to protect personal property. Lessor shall not be liable for any loss of property by fire, theft, burglary, or otherwise, from said premises or building nor any loss for accidental damage to any person or property from electrical wiring, water, rain, or other elements, which may come into, or issue from, any part of the said premises, or by any other cause whatsoever, and the Lessee shall make no claims for any such loss or damage. Lessor shall not be liable for any monetary loss or inconvenience. The Lessor and Lessee agree that should the premises be destroyed by fire or other casualty so as to become unfit for human habitation, then the lease shall thereby be terminated with refund to the Lessee for the balance of any term unused.
