A well presented 1st floor furnished 2 bedroom property in a sought after location close to Sefton Park. The property in brief comprises spacious living room, two bedrooms, a modern bathrooms and contemporary fitted kitchen. additional, there is a reading room, original flood board, sash window and expose brick wall. The flat are split into different levels, so there are stair involve which might not suit every guest.

The apartment is split into 3-4 level. It is unusual and quirky. Well decorated with original floor board throughout the place and carpet in the hallway. Wifi is available with Bluetooth sound system as well. There are a double bedroom, a single bedroom with study room on the mezzanine. There are also a sofa bed in the living room.

In extra, on the lower level, there is a secret pathway to reading/ drinking room which is hiding beside the door

Guest has assess to the whole apartment with all essential included. There are one parking space on site for guest.

The bathroom is well decorated with slate tiles and oak furniture with power shower.

The whole apartment has comfort lighting. As is quirky, hence is not an usual apartment arrangement

We usually contact guest to arrange keys drop off. Go through the basic of the flat and leave the guest to explore the place. We are reachable all time by phone or text message for assistance.

Sefton Park is just across the road from our back garden which boasts the beautiful Palm House, lake, coffee and ice cream shop and children's play area.

15 minute walk to Lark Lane, a street in Liverpool famous for its bohemian reputation, cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and boutique shops.

City bikes 5 minute walk from address and public transport available across the road.

The property is conveniently located, with Sefton Park across the road and public transport services available, providing access into Liverpool City Centre, for all main attractions.

Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Universities and the business district.

The area is quiet as is away from the road and by the park. There is plenty of space. Fresh Bedding and towels are guaranteed. The nearest shops are about 15minutes away by Lark Lane.

Séjour très agréable, dans un appartement spacieux et idéalement situé, dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas du magnifique Sefton Park, et à 10 minutes à peine du centre ville en bus. Pei est une hôte disponible et prévenante. Nous avons eu accès au logement dès notre arrivée matinale. Seul léger bémol : wifi moyen. Dalva et Jean-François

This was a great place to stay in a great area for exploring. Pei was very flexible and let us checkin hours early since our flight got in around 8:30 am and let us store our luggage until our flight out after checking out our last day. She and her husband were very responsive when we had trouble with the heat. After that was resolved the rest of the stay was flawless! There are a ton of great places to eat and great pubs within 10 min walk and an easy cab or bus ride to the city center.

Pei's place was spotless. Quirky and perfect for any length of a stay in Liverpool. Convenient instructions on how to use all appliances in the apartment and handy information for local taxis etc. Overall a really great stay which made our trip to Liverpool most enjoyable.

Lovely place to stay in a great location that is in a good neighbourhood and close to beautiful public parks. The rooms are clean and have good use of space with clever interior design. Nice Asian feel to the decor and fittings. Good shower.

Fantastic weekend in a brilliantly designed flat. Good location outside of the city centre but only a short taxi journey away. Flat is well equipped with everything you need.

Currently own a dance company called Movema in Liverpool, also work as a pharmacist. We love travelling and do enjoy people coming to visit. We are busy family and occasionally have families and friends come visit as well. We will try to make your stay like home.
