This cottage is one of two 2-bedrooms on the property. You can rent Kyrstin`s Back Beach House as well, if your family is looking for an additional space (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms combined for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests)
Chloe`s Cozy Front Beach Cottage is a great 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, with a Queen bed in the 1st bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, and a convertible Queen sofa ( sleeps up to six people). 1 bathroom with full shower/tub combo. Chloe`s Front Cottage offers Ocean, and Sunset views from the Front Porch, with al fresco dining.
Stroll to the beach, or relax on the grassy bluff, overlooking the beach at Palisades Park (Law Street Beach). Take our Beach Cruisers and ride down the Boardwalk to Crystal Pier, the historic roller coaster at Belmont Amusement Park... or just grab a drink and take in the ocean breeze while hanging out on your patio; watching the sun go down over the Pacific... you can`t loose !
Our Beach Getaway is newly furnished, and offers serene and cozy charm. Located in a quaint North PB neighborhood bordering the curving coastline of La Jolla - gemmed with art, gifts and other shopping destinations. ASK if this unit has AC!
We are at the Southern border of La Jolla, in a unique North Pacific Beach neighborhood, next to the water, at Law Street (Pacific Palisades) Beach. It`s a quieter area and a great Family Beach. Pacific Palisades was also voted `The area`s best beach overlook`, as quoted in S.D. Home & Garden Mag.. Our Beach features a grassy park, with showers, restrooms, overlooking the beach with lifeguard services, ...Swimming, Boogie Boarding, and Surfing. Our Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk begins at the park, and heads South for 3 miles through all of the Beach Communities. We`re located close to all the beach has to offer, the Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping, yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a peaceful night`s sleep.

*Cleaning fee includes the standard cleaning fee (including tax) and a non-refundable minimum Damage Coverage of $49. If you would like to opt-out of the Damage Coverage, an additional security deposit of $2,250 will be required.
*The security deposit that Airbnb secures, does NOT cover any fines or fees issued by local authorities. Due to San Diego’s increased regulations and severe punishment on parties and noise, guests will be responsible for any fines NVR incurs as well as fines issued to the guests AND owners due to parties or noise. Fines may be up to $1,000 or more.
*$25 surcharge for cleaning during the Summer Season and stays 14 days and longer.
*Additional fees apply for pets (for pet-friendly properties).
*Additional fees apply for portable a/c units, baby equipment rentals, lost and found returns, lost keys, and other products or services (if applicable).
Excessive noise and parties of any size are forbidden in our units. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please refrain from loud outdoor noise or any activity that would interfere with the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or evict any guests that are in violation of the Good Neighbor Policy, with no refund.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and must not exceed the maximum occupancy limits for the property. If the property is managed by an HOA, Renters also agree to follow any and all HOA rules and regulations.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property or on the premises.
Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. If you are unable to complete and submit a signed agreement within 24 hours, it will result in cancellation of your reservation. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement.
