Clean, comfortable and newly renovated mother-in-law apartment with separate entrance located in a great neighborhood close to downtown Salt Lake City, close to major highways, freeway, and near the center of Sugar House with bars and restaurants.
This solar-powered newly-built apartment is downstairs of a single-family residence with a big backyard located in a cozy neighborhood. An amazing coffee shop is one block away; a Fresh Market grocery store is three blocks down the road. The house is located in between hip ‘downtown' Sugarhouse (5min drive, or 1.5 mile walk) with shops (including Whole Foods), restaurants, and bars, and the Salt Lake downtown area (10min drive, or 3 mile walk).
The property is close to the freeway and 25 miles from ski resorts incl. Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton.
The space is well lit and has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.
One separate very quiet bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full-sized sofa bed in the living room could sleep 4 people.
Clean and modern full bathroom with brand-new fixtures, incl. a rain shower.
Wi-Fi and TV with local channels.
A Laundromat is one block away.
There is a large fully-fenced backyard and friendly, well-mannered pets are welcome but I would like to know about your pet before I give the ok.

The apartment has its own entrance separate from the upstairs. Plenty of street parking is available.
No smoking inside!! Well-mannered pets (no cats as I had a few bad experiences :( ) are ok on a case to case basis and they have to get along with the pooches upstairs in order to have access to the backyard.
