SECURITY BOND AND DAMAGES
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management during your stay will be charged against the security bond if required. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage, loss of anything contained within the apartment and excess cleaning requirements.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is available anytime after 3pm on the arrival date.
Check-out time is no later than 11am on the departure date.

MAXIMUM PEOPLE
At any one time a maximum of 4 people are permitted to use the Property as overnight accommodation (Unless an extra guest has been authorized).
Between the hours of 10am to 11pm no more than 8 people are permitted to be in the Property.
Between the hours of 11pm to 10am no more than 4 people are permitted to be in the Property (Unless an extra guest has been authorized).
This apartment has a strict No Party Policy.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the Property at any time, however ashtrays are provided for people who wish to smoke on the balcony.

GUEST RESPOSIBILITIES
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred and taken from the bond for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc.

LIABILITY
Perth Executive Stays shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to monies, valuables or personal effects belonging to occupants or guests during their stay. Personal safety is the responsibility of the occupant. Perth Executive Stays shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury sustained by occupants or guests during their stay.

Kyron's apartment is lovely. Spacious, well furnished and good location with lots of great cafes and bar options close by. Kyron was great to deal with - excellent communication & was helpful with tips, info etc. Our only issue for our stay was related to major roadworks happening outside the building. Loud construction noise beginning before 7am puts an end to a holiday sleep in! Seems to be quite significant works, so may be worth checking if still happening especially if you want a lie in! Other than this minor hiccup, our stay was lovely. thank you Kyron! :)

This place looks great in the pics but it is better than it looks. It's spotlessly clean, secure and larger than it looks in the photos. The linen & towels supplied are top quality, as are the beds and the furnishings. The ducted A/C was especially welcome. I have no criticisms about this property. There is a great cafe, directly across the road and the host is a decent bloke who responded to my numerous requests regarding last check in, check out, baby cots etc etc within a few minutes. You would be crazy to pass this place up.

This place is great, centrally located to cafes and restaurants and you can walk to the CBD. The apartment has city views so you can enjoy an afternoon drink whilst watching the sun set. Heaps of pamphlets on what to do and where to go, especially close by via car to other areas such as Fremantle. The apartment is roomy, good facilities, clean and secure which includes an undercover secure carpark. Great for couples as you have your own ensuite, there is an extra toilet and the kitchen is stocked with all your necessities to eat in. We had an awesome time, top place!

Communication with Kyron was always a breeze , from enquiry to checking in. A lovely, modern & stylish apartment. Well furnished, very clean, very spacious for a family of four. Great location with many cafes & restaurants all within walking distance. The supermarket is just a short couple of mins drive away. We enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend Kyron's lovely apartment.

This apartment is nice and spacious and has amazing views! Two bedrooms each with an ensuite allows for privacy but the balcony and shared dining and tv area allow for socialising as a group. Kyron was very easy to deal with, the suburb was nice and central and I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you!
