The house offers 8 individually furnished bedrooms (both single and double rooms), two spacious parlours on the ground floor, one with an open fireplace, a cosy dining-room-cum-library, a kitchen, eight bathrooms and two separate toilets. There's a sheltered terrace on the ground floor, two beautiful open verandas on the first floor and of course the parklike garden with its huge old trees. Unrestricted views of the Jungfrau towards the south. Five minutes walking distance to the "Höhematte", the big meadow at the centre of town, and the beautiful castle grounds.

Stéphane Houlmann grew up in the city of Berne, Switzerland. He attended hotel management school in Lucerne. From 1997 to 2003 he ran his own hotel in Berne, before moving to Zurich to take on new projects.
He is founder and partner of the Bergdorf company and responsible for the Bergdorf Homes (serviced apartments in Berne) as well as the Maison Bergdorf, a unique guesthouse in Interlaken.
Stéphane lives and works in Berne and the Bernese Oberland.
