Fantastic location - numerous local restaurants, bars and pubs are all within walking distance of the apartment. Great access to transport – London King’s Cross/St Pancras International (Eurostar) and London Underground are both a 10-minute walk. Several bus stops are accessible and busses are very frequent Rentable bicycles are also available in street.

The apartment is located in Zone 1.

The space itself is newly refurbished, with a large spacious living/dining room, overlooking Percy Circus gardens. The bedroom is bright and clean, with views of London’s iconic BT Tower. Kitchen has cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom boasts a soaker bath and shower.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa which can be used to accommodate an extra guest – by arrangement only.

Check-in is after 1pm and check-out is before 11am (Flexibility possible but only by prior arrangement)

Keys can be collected 24/7 from a key safe or they can be collected on arrival from the host.

The apartment is only 10 minutes from London King’s Cross and 15 minutes from Angel. Close to the British Library, The British Museum as well as a wealth of cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants. Brunswick Square and Exmouth Market are both nearby and provide further alternatives for food and shopping.

I would be happy to supply a list of recommendations for dinner or drinks. Just let me know your preferences at time of booking and I can let you know some of my favourites!

Getting into the West End for theatres, museums and shopping is easy, either by walking, bus, Tube or taxi. Or for the more adventurous, guests can rent a bicycle from the bottom of the street! If you are happier on two feet, rather than two wheels, walking to West End takes about 30-45 minutes.

If you are looking to go further afield, London King’s Cross railway station offers easy connections to all major London airports and stations – with direct trains to Cambridge, Edinburgh, York, Paris and Brussels to name a few!

Please note that this is a first floor apartment.

The apartment is ideal for individuals and couples but, a third person may be accommodated on arrangement in advance.

Nous remercions Clive pour son accueil! Il nous a très gentiment donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Ses suggestions de balades pour visiter Londres dans les meilleurs conditions nous ont été précieuses. Son appartement est très agréable et conforme à la description; situé sur une jolie place au charme Londonien, il est très bien placé pour découvrir la ville. Nous recommandons son appartement.

Such a charming flat on a very pretty, quiet street. Comfortable bed and very quaint living room area. I would highly recommend Clive's place - very clean and comfortable. Nice walk to Kings Cross Station.

Clive is an excellent host, friendly and helpful. His flat is spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with excellent heating and wifi. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole flat was quiet and welcoming. Clive's flat is very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras and a perfect base for exploring London.

Clive was a superb and attentive host. He greeted me (earlier than planned, even), and the apartment was exactly as advertised: comfortable, quiet, spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. Conveniently located a short walk from King's Cross and St Pancras; groceries nearby if you're planning to cook, or restaurants if you know you won't. No hiccups coming or going. I'd have no second thoughts about booking this flat again. Many thanks.

A lovely flat in London. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a short walk from King's Cross and some nice pubs and restaurants in Clerkenwell. The place has a very chill living room and everything you need — a great base from which to explore the city.
