Cozy, private, and quiet, this 100% turn-key chalet-style cabin sleeps 10 {2 KING ~ master bedroom has new plush pillow-top mattress/box springs and "Miracle Bamboo" pillows}, 2 bunk, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and 2 comfortable queen-size air mattresses so 2 adults can each have their own or they should adequately sleep 4 kids}. Keeping true to its vintage architectural heritage, it provides everything on one level with original hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and exposed beams. The dining table comes with a leaf for expanded seating capacity, with 2 additional/similar chairs located in the bunk bedroom. There is a folding card table and bench for even more seating. Also, abundant furniture is staged throughout the new 2-LEVEL side deck to enjoy outdoor meals, coffee, and/or cocktails "in the woods".

This cabin is conveniently located near the Gatlinburg Convention Center, the Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes, Dollywood, Smoky Mountains National Park, AND Gatlinburg's famous downtown "strip" on Parkway of popular shops, restaurants, and entertainment! It is a short stroll to East Parkway where you can hop a trolley to the Gatlinburg Community/Swim Center, Rocky Top Sports World, Ripley's Aquarium, and Rafting in the Smokies. {Many guests simply park at the post office and grab a trolley from there whenever they want to go downtown}.^

AMENITIES: WiFi, 2 CD players, 4 DVD players, 2 VCR's with large movie collection, 3 bedroom televisions for CD/DVD/VCR viewing only {living room TV has new DirecTV non-cable/non-satellite service via Amazon Firestick with FREE HBO, or live TV can be streamed on guests' personal computers and cell phones via provided WiFi}, stereo, cassette player, sound spa {acoustic relaxation machine} for the light sleeper, alarm clocks, hair dryers, fabric steamer, iron/ironing board/starch, air conditioning, heating, 2 realistic electric fireplaces, 2 air purifiers, computer printer, washer/dryer {stackable/full-size}, pantry, fully-equipped kitchen {disposal, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, griddle, food processor, coffee maker with coffee/filters/creams/sugars, tea kettle, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, bake ware, picnic cooler, cookbooks, assorted cooking spices, etc.}, dog feeder/mat, hammock {during warmer months}, 3 wood decks, a Weber charcoal grill/grilling utensils, an outdoor fireplace, a carport, AND a driveway that can accommodate 3 vehicles. 2 main bedrooms with kings have private en suites {one provides tub/shower combo and one provides shower} that are inaccessible to other parts of the cabin, including the 3rd bedroom. Wheelchair Accessibility ~ This is a one-story house with no entry or interior stairs to climb. However, the property is NOT officially wheelchair accessible.

IMPORTANT: Our base rates vary from $125 per night during off-season and $225 per night during peak-season. Please submit your desired "Check in" and "Check out" dates in the "Request to Book" section to see what your nightly rate actually is. All guest payments are made DIRECTLY to Airbnb according to their posted terms. Please contact them if you have any questions and refrain from asking us about our deposit requirement, etc. Also, the Security Deposit is NOT collected in advance. It is only posted to inform the guest that Airbnb reserves the right to charge them UP to that amount IF there are any damages, losses, etc., at the property during their occupancy.

In an effort to reduce the overwhelming inquiries we receive about availability, rates, holiday premiums, minimum nights required during certain holidays, and location, PLEASE check here {everything posted IS correct and current}. HOLIDAY PREMIUMS: The software here does not provide an editing feature for the following holiday premiums to be added to the posted rates prior to a reservation being confirmed. Therefore, $25 will be added to EACH night of the reservation if it includes {even on check-out day} ANY holiday other than the following: $50 will be added to EACH night of the reservation if it includes MLK Day, Valentine's Day, President's Day {$75 extra PER NIGHT if both Valentine's Day and President's Day are included}, Good Friday, Easter {$75 extra PER NIGHT if both Good Friday and Easter are included}, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving {roasting pan/carving board/serving platter provided}. $100 will be added to EACH night of the reservation if it includes St. Patrick's Day, Christmas Eve/Day {deluxe Christmas tree stand provided}, or New Year's Eve/Day {$150 extra PER NIGHT if both Christmas Eve/Day and New Year's Eve/Day are included}. The above holiday premiums also apply if the reservation is part of a holiday weekend, whether the actual holiday is included or not. Holiday premiums are non-negotiable and added by the Owner AFTER the reservation has been paid/confirmed since, as stated, Airbnb's software does not provide an editing feature for the Guest to include them in their request. The Guest needs to immediately approve the modification or THEY need to immediately cancel the reservation. {WE DO NOT CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, SINCE WE DO NOT WANT TO GET PENALIZED BY AIRBNB BECAUSE THE GUEST DID NOT READ THIS LISTING AS REQUESTED}. Check-in can commence on any day of the week, if available, and we do not charge extra for weekends. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time, OR the Guest can choose a 6:00 P.M. check-in and a 1:00 P.M. check-out if the Owner is advised BEFORE the rental agreement is drafted.

DISCOUNTS: Our "best" rates are those posted and are FIRM. We do not offer any "last minute" deals, specials, or government/military discounts {although we love and appreciate those who serve!} We do, however, deduct 25% from the Nightly rate on Monthly rentals. No discount is provided if there is a dog and only one dog is allowed in this case. An additional $750 damage deposit is required for Monthly rentals and utilities are not included. As posted, all payments are made directly to Airbnb.

^LOCATION: The cabin is located on West Loop Road. For obvious privacy/security reasons, we never disclose the street number to strangers over the Internet. It is, of course, specified on the rental agreement. Please MapQuest distances to points of personal interest {downtown, restaurants, shops, attractions, buildings, etc.} from the property's road. We are just not able to provide these types of personalized services, due to the high volume of requests we receive daily from potential guests. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that since the cabin is situated on a mountain, a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended, particularly during snowy weather. The property is located within Gatlinburg city limits, so its PAVED road gets plowed on a regular basis when it snows!

As posted above, we have an additional 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin that sleeps 10, located in the lovely and popular Arts & Crafts community of Gatlinburg. It is NOT on a mountain, so is easily accessible by any type of vehicle. It offers a fully-equipped kitchen {brand-new stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, skillet, coffee maker with coffee/filters/creams/sugars, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, bake ware}, WiFi, 4 cable televisions. DVD player, 2 VCR's with great movie collection, alarm clocks, hair dryers, iron/ironing board/starch, air conditioning, heating, realistic electric fireplace, air purifier, washer/dryer {detergent supplies provided}, pantry, 2 wood decks, and abundant pillows/linens/blankets/towels are provided for your convenience. {If you do not see a particular amenity posted here, it is not available at this property}.

TAX: 12.75% ~ All reservations are modified accordingly. {Gatlinburg owners/managers who do not charge this mandatory city and state total tax are NOT licensed or regulated!}

LICENSING: We are fully-licensed {current city/county/state license/permit numbers available upon request} and regulated by the State of Tennessee. Additionally, we are fully-insured and inspected annually by the Gatlinburg Fire Department. Always confirm that whatever property you want to rent is legal and properly licensed BEFORE you pay anything. This is for your own protection and will assure that you have a great, hassle-free, and SAFE vacation.

**Signed Rental Agreement Required. The Guest must provide their current physical address and regular/non-Airbnb E-mail address within 24-HOURS of confirmed reservation so Agreement can be drafted/E-mailed. It then must be properly executed and returned within another 24-HOURS of being sent {the Owner will have time-stamped proof}, or the GUEST needs to immediately cancel their reservation. {The Guest WILL BE subject to the Owner's posted/non-negotiable cancellation policy}. Otherwise, the reservation will NOT be honored. The Owner is not responsible for the Guest's failure to properly read this extremely detailed and clear listing as it pertains to holidays, pets, maximum persons allowed, etc. The Owner is also not responsible for the Guest's failure to open/read/check their regular E-mail/SPAM file for sent Agreement, and/or sends signed Agreement back to the wrong E-mail address. The Guest who signs Agreement must be of legal age {proof required}, which is 21 in Tennessee. NO reservation will be honored and NO refund will be provided to ANYONE who cannot prove that they are over the age of 21 after they book the property. Sorry, we reserve the right to not approve guests who conceal their identity {i.e., show inanimate object, wear sunglasses} in their profile photograph, particularly if they have no owner-posted Reviews. We also reserve the right to decline reservations from travelers with poor English skills, since it always results in communication problems/confusion/misunderstandings. Consequently, this does not provide an optimal rental experience for the guest or the owner. Thank you!

The posted 10 person maximum that this property sleeps/allows {per fire code} obviously includes children of ALL ages. If your group will exceed this limit, you will need to book a different property or book an additional property. Please be aware that there are exterior cameras surrounding the property that document the ingress/egress of all occupants/pets. {Most owners do this but just don't tell you and won't admit to it if asked}. The violation of any rule will result in immediate eviction and/or forfeiture of all monies paid, including damage deposit. DO NOT book this property if there will be more than 10 persons. Otherwise, YOU will need to immediately cancel the reservation and you will be subject to Airbnb's posted/non-negotiable cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sarah's cabin. It's in the woods but also very close to Gatlinburg. It was a great home base for our hiking and rafting trips. And we really appreciated the many amenities (e.g., dishwasher, laundry, oven, WiFi). Getting in was easy and exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Sarah!

I loved staying at this property. Property is spacious enough for 10 guests and clean. Owner was very responsive to e-mails and quickly addressed my questions and comments. Would stay here again.

The house was excellent. We loved our stay. Sarah was very communicative. She answered all of questions very quickly. The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The description says the road to the cabin is very steep and it is. However, We got use to it. There wasn't much room to walk our large dog, but a small dog would be fine. The back pouch is really nice, we were able to hang out with him there. The house is very close to Downtown Gatlinburg, yet very secluded. The area is very quite. Overall, Sarah was a great host, the house was very clean and close to town. Two mornings we got to see bears as we were leaving the neighborhood. It was awesome. We had a blast staying here.

My newest 3/2 cabin, located in the popular Arts & Crafts community of Gatlinburg, is also nestled in the woods for peace and privacy. However, it is not on a steep road and it offers a manicured yard to comfortably walk any size dog. I encourage all potential guests to consider this property as well.

It was very cute here. The double deck was a very lovely space to sit in the evening. It was nice and high up away from the hustle and bustle below us. Comfy king beds!

This cabin is GREAT ! Lots of room and great for kids ! The location is SUPER convenient and about 2 mins from downtown Gatlinburg. The house has just about everything you could want. PERFECT location and great price ! We were completely satisfied with our host and the cabin. Communication was great. Checking in and out super easy. No problems at all. The kids loved the bunk beds and being away from the adults and the adults loved the king size beds and having their own bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back !
