Everything you need for family or friends to enjoy a comfortable stay within a kilometer from Kota Kinabalu City Centre or a 5 minutes walk to a shopping complex.
4 Bedroom Apartment
Two double-bed rooms, one super single bed room and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. Sleeps up to 7 adults. Master bedroom has a balcony and comes with an attached bathroom.
Huge lounge / dining area with contemporary furnishings with a balcony.
- Kitchen equipment with microwave, single induction stove, pot/pan, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and cutleries.
- Car park - one undercover space
- Towels, linen, hairdryer and iron supplied.
-Ensure stove, toaster and kettle are left clean and turned off.
-The kitchen bin is to be left cleared of rubbish
-Please do not leave food in the fridge and the fridge is to be left clean
-Please ensure there are no dirty dishes left in the sink or anywhere. Dishes have to be washed and kept away
-Floors are to be kept clean
-Please do not leave any rubbish in your rented apartment overnight. Place rubbish in the bins provided in the car park at the Ground Level.
BATHROOM & LAUNDRY
-Ensure that the shower, vanity and toilet bowl are left clean and rubbish are removed
-Please switch off water heater when not in use
-Ensure no personal items are left in the washing machine
-Please check all wardrobes to ensure all personal items are removed
-No pets are allowed inside the Apartment.
1.Please do not wear shoes into the Apartment.
2.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. If you are smoking in the designated area (back balcony), please ensure that all cigarette butts are extinguished and disposed of in the rubbish bin. Do not throw cigarette butts over the balcony.
3.Strictly NO PARTIES.
4.Offensive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited. Please take the neighbours into consideration and keep noise levels to a reasonable level especially during the night.
5.The consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited as well as the carrying out of any illegal activities on the property. Breach of this condition will result in immediate eviction and possible criminal charges.
6.No climbing or sitting on balcony railings/ ledges. Please do not throw objects, glass bottles or rubbish over the balcony. Please refrain from yelling, whistling or spitting from balconies/ windows.
6.Ensure that your vehicle is only parked in the allocated car bay.
7.Please ensure that all windows and doors are secured and the lights and air-conditioning is turned off whenever you leave the apartment. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN THE APARTMENT.
8.Guests are responsible for their Visitors. This includes any damages caused by Visitors.
9.When checking-out, please leave the apartment in the same good condition as it was upon checking in. Dishes should be cleaned and put away and all rubbish should be thrown away. Leave beds unmade (so our cleaner easily sees which beds were used) and leave all used towels in the basket provided. Any housekeeping services over and above the standard housekeeping procedure will incur an additional cleaning fee of RM80/hour.
10.Any damages to the property should be reported immediately. If you find any damage to the Apartment upon checking-in, please report this immediately. You may be liable for the repairs/ rectifications of any unreported damages. Management strongly recommends that Guests fill in the Condition Report immediately after checking-in.
11.Check-out time on the day of departure is 12 noon unless previously agreed in writing. Any check-outs after 12 noon will be charged as an additional full day's stay.
REMINDER: Please consider the environment and TURN OFF lights, fans, water heaters and AIRCON when you go out. CONSERVE water.¬¬¬ Thank you for treating the Apartment as you would your own.
