It has been also used by producers for many shooting sessions for models and as part of a TV series and movies due to its interior design and its natural light. Enjoy the luxury life in a private wonderful apartment in New Dubai!

It is one of the of the most deluxe furnished apartment in JLT (Jumeirah Lake Towers), massive size living room and bedroom (1500 sq-ft/ 140 sq-m), breath taking views from two balconies facing the sea/marina and the lakes. 2-3 minutes walking from the Metro station so you don't have to get a taxi from the airport and instead you can use the metro (it will cost you around 3-4$ per ride to the flat).

Getting the "Superhost badge" requires a lot of commitments and dedication to make your stay special. Booking with a superhost will eliminate the possibility of having your booking canceled few days before your arrival so always look toward booking with a superhost if possible to avoid disappointment. Also make sure the flat has a proper permit to lease issued by Department of Tourism and Commerce to avoid illegal deal and extra hustle, my permit code number is JUM-LAK-DPJQB. You can read more about it in the "house rules" section.

The building amenities include a spacious lobby and entrance hall, swimming pool (controlled temperature) and 2 fitness centers, high-speed elevators; basement secured parking, 5 different BBQ areas, Sauna, steam room and a party hall.

The apartment is fitted with high end kitchen appliances, modern customized designer furniture, it has everything you need from crockery, Ironing machine, dish washer and washing machine (you can dry the clothes on the drying rack by the balcony as the washing machine dries it about 60%.

Great location for business and holiday travelers in the heart of New Dubai with direct entry and exit to the main high way (Shekh Zayed Road) that connects all the hot spots locations that you don't want to miss, below is how long it will take to reach to the following places:

1- Metro - 2-3 minutes walking distance (open until 12 PM on weekday and till 1 am on weekend). Cheap and effective way to get to the flat from the airport ($2/passenger- around 50 minutes) but Taxi is not too expensive as well ($20-$25 - around 25 minutes).
2- IBN Battuta and Marina Mall are 5 minutes drive.
3- Emirates Mall is 6 minutes drive (must to see), easy ride by Metro.
4- The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence are all within 8-10 minutes drive.
5- Beach is 7-10- minutes drive where you can find some lovely beach bars.
6- The lake area is accessible from the basement of the building and is highly recommended for a jog.

FYI, 10 minutes drive by taxi will cost around 4-5 USD.
The Area has a lot of international restaurants & laundry services.

It is very safe neighborhood with 24 hours security, who lives in this area are expats and tourist who have extremely easy access to the main highway (save a lot of commute compared to the marina and JBR) and still get the benefit of all the cool areas along the beach.


Metro and taxi are available just next to the building.

Tourism Dirham
In accordance with Dubai Government's Decree No. (17) of 2013, guests staying at hotels & holiday homes will be charged the “Tourism Dirham" fee for each night of occupancy. The Tourism Dirham fee for my apartment, as set by by the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), is AED 10 per night. This fee is to be collected from you at time of check-in, so please ensure you have the appropriate amount of local currency to pay this charge.

Note: If a holiday home is not charging you the Tourism Dirham (10 dirhams per night per flat), It would probably mean they don't have a permit to rent out their place for short term so I would not advise you to
book that particular home and avoid potential hustles.

Guests Passport and ID copies
To comply with DTCM regulations and building management procedures, a clear copy/scan of each guests passport and ID is required at least 7 days prior to your arrival. You can send me these copies on my personal email which I can share with you once the booking is accepted.

- King size bed for the master bed room and two sofa beds (single and queen size) to give extra comfort for up to 3 additional guests.

- sufficient clean towels and linen are provided upon check in. Let me know if you have an emergency and need new towels/linen.

- Sponges, trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue and other utilities are provided and you can find the supply in the kitchen cabinets.

Flexibility depending on availability and cleaning schedule, so please contact me for any special request, check in time is 2:00 Pm and check out time is 11 AM.

The extra housekeeping service is provided for extra 60$ including the whole cleaning and replacement of bed sheets and towels. Please contact me for booking this service.

-Please take care of the access card, the cost for replacing each is 70$!

Sorry, parties are not allowed and if you feel to smoke, please do so by the balcony.
