Règlement intérieur

General requirements
a) Guest and Visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and security services during their stay; and
b) Guests must notify the Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.

Noise and Residential amenity
a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy;
b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or
Bond under the Terms and Conditions; and
c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.

a) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and
b) Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these House Rules.

Gatherings or functions
a) The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.

a) Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles; and
b) Parking arrangements at the Property are as follows: On street parking only

Garbage and recycling
a) Guests and Visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Property (as set out below) in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and
b) Garbage and recycling arrangements at the Property are as follows: All rubbish should be placed in the bins, when they are full they should be emptied and the full bags placed in the bins belonging to the property, located on the street

Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.

Smoking is not permitted.

Pets are not permitted.

Damages and breakages
Damages and breakages must be reported to the Manager.

On departure arrangements
Arrangements for keys, security, dishwashing, rubbish, etc are:Key are to be left on the kitchen table. Dishes should be clean or in the dishwasher with the dishwasher running. Rubbish should be in the bins provided. All food, other than that provided by the manager must be placed in the rubbish bin.

a) Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy.
b) The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property,
Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.

We stayed at the loft for three nights whilst visiting family in Redfern. We love Redfern for its vibrancy and its proximity to the CBD and Moore Park make it an ideal base camp for enjoying and exploring Sydney. The apartment was even better than the photos. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautifully appointed property: elegantly modern, precisely functional, and comfortable. Its location is prime for absorbing Sydney's coffee culture with it's very close proximity to Crowne and Bourke Streets. While all that was lovely, I was perfectly fine having coffee (provided by Sarah), eating fruits (from Coles supermarket nearby), reading my book, spending as much time at the house. :)

A great place to stay in lovely leafy Surrey Hills. Sarah was great at communicating with us and the photos were accurate. The apartment was lovely and great to have so many cool cafes and bars so close by. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney! Thanks Sarah

I am a wife, mother, designer and Airbnb accommodation manager. I live and work in the Redfern/Surry Hills area of Sydney and love it! I have lived in the area for about 15 years with my husband and we wouldn't live anywhere else. We love to travel and are always looking for interesting places to stay.
