Since the entire house is a guest house, if you have booked the house, it is yours and yours alone! We just happen to live a few doors down.

We are indeed available and right around the corner.
Winter parking in Marquette can be tricky do to the on-street parking ban; but not to worry - the driveway has plenty of space, though it may involve a bit of car juggling if you have four cars!
No smoking. We just ask that you clean up after yourselves. The house can be rented by the room after September 9.
We have seven children. Robbie is a History professor at Northern Michigan University who prefers spending time with bees and at camp. Kyra has so many children that she also prefers spending time at camp fly fishing.
The guest house is just four doors down from our home, and, though you are our guest, you have the house to yourself. Of course, we would love to have you over for a drink - coffee at 8:30 am, cocktails at 8:30 pm. If you have children, all the better (just not at cocktail time).
If you have a larger group, you can rent the entire Upfront House (4 bedrooms) at 420 Oak St, or the Innback Cottage at 420 1/2 Oak St (2 bedrooms); you can also rent both houses at the same time. Of course, then cocktail hour becomes a cocktail party.
