The condo is in a superior location within walking distance of 100's of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops. While it is just 1/10th of a mile from the center of downtown it is on a quieter side street.

In addition, it has 7 separate sleeping spaces so everyone doesn't have to share!

There is a 9% City of Austin hotel tax on the costs shown except for the Airbnb service fee because, unfortunately, while Airbnb collects taxes for the State of Texas but does not yet do so for the City of Austin. This condo is licensed by the City of Austin and we collect and remit hotel taxes to the City. If another space you are looking at isn't charging City hotel tax please be be aware that it is operating illegally and may be shut down by the city at any time.

Everyone in the group with the exception of minor children traveling with their parents or legal guardian must be over the age of 25. Please contact me for possible exceptions.

All reservations involving a Friday or Saturday night must include Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights unless they are not available.

Please note that while this property is ideally located near the center of Downtown Austin it is also in a residential complex so no loud parties, or any type of gatherings or commercial events are allowed at any time. Please respect the neighbors during your visit.

Smoking (or vaping) is NOT allowed in the unit. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes a minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, washing the dishes and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

No pets are allowed under any circumstances. Any evidence of pets will incur a minimum $500 fee.

No candles or open flames are allowed and the fireplace is unoperational and cannot be used.

We ask that our guests not bring or use glitter inside the condo and do not attach anything to walls with any tape, glue or other adhesive.

Great place, perfect location, walking distance to just about everything in Austin. A lot of beds to easily sleep the 5 we had in my group. Would stay again on my next trip to Austin!

Location is great close to 6th street and rainy. Apt was a little bit smaller than expected but we still were able to fit in 8 people, and slept comfortably, unit had AC. Host was constantly in contact and responded to all our messages. Recommend stay.

Austin Stay's is indeed a perfect location. The place sleeps more like 7 comfortably but still had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 8. Communication with the owner was perfect from the time we booked and just before we arrived in Austin. Thanks again for opening your doors for our group.

Great downtown location, just a two block walk from all the action on Main Street. We were a group of 7, and it slept us all very comfortably (5 full beds and 2 pull out couches). If you plan on having a large group event in the apt (like a group dinner or poker game), the dining/living area is probably too small for groups of 5 or more, but as a place to relax before going downtown this is perfect.

My name is Sandeep Nanda. I grew up in Dallas and currently live in Austin with CT, Boston, NYC, London, Washington DC, Houston, Chicago and Appleton, WI and most recently Las Vegas in between.

I went to Yale University and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

I have been married since December 2003 and I have a son who was born in August 2005.

I lived in this condo complex from June of 2000 until June of 2002. I loved living there and wanted to share the experience with other travelers.
