Le logement

Upstairs offers three bedrooms (2 queens and 1 single bed), open living and dining space, full kitchen with back deck. The yard borders mature trees and beautiful Kinsmen Park on the gorge waterway.

Le quartier

Our quiet family friendly street offers great access to Kinsmen Park, and is well worth a stroll to see herons, otters and more. Across the bridge there are additional walking areas in both directions along the gorge waterway. Gorge Market is 5 min walk away, and includes groceries, shoppers, BC liquor store, El Grecos (great pizza).. even closer, across (be careful if crossing) Tillicum road is the Gorge Point Pub and liquor store.


You are welcome to park in the driveway, please note our street is limited to residential parking, if you park along the road please place a note in the window indicating you are visitor of 1063 Gosper.

Easy access to downtown and highways, as well as galloping goose bike and pedestrian trails.

About a 12$ taxi ride downtown through Vic West.
Bus access along Tilicum road, Gorge road, and Craigflower road.

Autres remarques

-Oil furnace heating (temperature gauge upstairs hallway, best around 17 degrees Celsius, otherwise it starts getting toasty.. to conserve oil please turn off when nobody is home)
- dishwasher is off balance, and the door does not stay closed, please use a thick piece of cardboard to wedge (between countertop) and hold the door in place.
- Recycling bins are in the kitchen pantry, for paper, cans/glass, bottles

- Please do not use the fireplace, it is decorative with candles only

Haley and Ben's house had plenty of room and was a great home away from home for our family. We loved the mid-century/vintage vibe of the house, and it's located in a beautiful quiet area with an easy drive or bike ride downtown. There are trails along the waterway that were perfect for walking our dog.
