The rooms are on the top floor while the rest of the house is on the ground and first floors.

Limited access to the living room (no television there).

Close proximity to Alexandra Palace grounds, Beautiful Muswell Hill village, supermarkets (Waitrose, Marks and Spencers and Sainsbury's), local restaurants and take aways and Highgate woods. There is also a local shop about 100 yards from the house.

7 minutes walk to Bounds Green Tube Station (Piccadilly Line, Zone 3), 25mn to Russell Square by tube, 10 mn walk to Bowes Park overground train station (goes to the City in 20mn) & bus stops 4mn walk for central London.

I provide all cleaning and laundry products. Toilet rolls free.
I provide tea and coffee on short stays.
Bi-weekly cleaning of the room is also included in the rent.
There is an extra charge for the electricity as there is a meter for the room.
Please be responsible with the closing of windows and locking of doors, as well as the use of alarm.
The washing machine is for use once a week.
No smoking in the house.
Please remember to switch off all lights when leaving rooms, etc.
The use of the living room is limited.
You are welcome to use the kitchen and kitchen utensils, especially. But please remember to always wash and put away after use.
Guests are welcome; however, there is a payment contribution if guests stay more than one night. This can be discussed further if necessary.
Please remember to be respectful of the house at all times.

It would be nice if you would agree to these conditions when you come to stay.

Règlement intérieur

No smoking, no pets (I have one already), respectful of house, and breakages will have to be paid for (as you would expect in your house). Everything is common sense.
