Situated along a quiet secondary road, the scenic hillside location of the villa provides the perfect base from which to take in the surrounding coastal delights and amenities of Denia (just 9 minutes’ drive away) and of course Alicante’s numerous tourist hotspots which include Gata de Gorgos, the Montgo National Park, Xabia, Benidorm and Alicante.

The pet-friendly villa features in-house WIFI and cosy central heating throughout, alongside a fireplace and air-conditioning to the principal living room only. A washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board is also provided. The 5 internal steps are accompanied by 32 external steps (very easy and low tread). Please note that the villa only accepts minimum night stays of 7+ days in July and August.


The villa offers a typical Spanish tiled terrace with a lovely sheltered covered portico terrace, a sunny BBQ area and a relaxed outdoor sitting area and dining area for 6. A private outdoor swimming pool, three sun loungers and far reaching sea views also help to set the tone for hassle-free holiday bliss.

The elevated setting of the villa provides an enticing year-round backdrop and sunny aspect which makes it perfect for families and groups looking to unwind, yet be within easy reach of the coast, services and attractions of Denia.

From its unique natural surroundings, the useful amenities, services and popular tourist sites of Denia can easily be reached by car in approximately 9 minutes.

Guests can easily make the most of the wealth of amenities and leisure pursuits which are on the doorstep. From coastal dining opportunities and beach days that offer windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, surfing, boat rental, scuba and snorkelling activities to hiking in the great outdoors of the Montgo National Park (23 minutes’ drive), sightseeing at Denia’s castle & archaeological museum and marina (9 minutes’ drive) and visiting the surroundings towns of Gata di Gorgos (22 minutes’ drive away and home to antique and authentic craft shops), Xabia (approximately 24 minutes’ away and offering a lovely coastal walk) and taking in the charming skyline of Altea (approximately 43 minutes’ drive away) – there is something for everyone!

The Alicante region offers a truly authentic taste of Spain. The villa is also perfectly placed for enjoying the popular year-round amusements of Benidorm (approximately 45 minutes’ drive) and the colourful beachside beauty of Villajoyosa (approximately 54 minutes’ drive).
Guests are located within easy reach of Denia’s main ferry port (for services to the island of Formentera during the summer season and daily crossings to Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca) and Alicante airport (73 minutes’ drive).
