Beautiful, modern and stylish apartment with lift. Stunning direct sea views from own private balcony. You can see the new i360 going up and down as if it were your own private space ship! Suitable only for longer stays, relocations, corporate and families only - no groups of sharers, hens/stags - no exceptions. Max 3 adults. Can accommodate an extra two guests on sofa beds if they are children. Small non-moulting quiet dogs can sometimes be accommodated, please ask mentioning breed of dog.

This is a very special place to stay. Tranquil. Secure. Secluded. Wonderful views.

Children and babies welcome as there is a lift to help with the amount of stuff that comes with them! Floors inside are raised so you don't have to worry about footsteps once the apartment door is closed, no need to stress about clompy kiddie feet :). Travel cot/high chair provided free upon request.


The apartment is situated next to Regency Square, directly opposite the West Pier. Its a fairly new building, so you have the luxury of a lift to your apartment and private lobby. Living here is very secure. You are very nearby a number of hotels, particularly the Hilton Metropole and the De Vere Grand - but why stay in a hotel when you can have your own apartment with an enviable view?!

You are also close by to Preston Street - the "Restaurant Road" of Brighton - lots of different kinds of foods at all budgets to sample.

Churchill Square shopping centre is a five minute walk and the historic Lanes is around ten minutes. North Laine area is also around ten minutes on foot.

It goes without saying that you are directly opposite the beach, at the West Pier which is a quieter location than the Palace Pier. You are on Kings Road, but traffic noise doesn't carry past the thick windows.

Inside, there are two bedrooms off of a long hallway - one double and one single. The double bedroom has an ensuite with shower, basin and WC. You have your own 50 inch smart TV with Virgin TV, Netflix and DVD player for lazy mornings and early-to-bed eves.

The single room also has its own TV with Virgin TV and DVD player.

Off the hallway is the main bathroom with bath and handheld shower, basin and WC.

The luxury kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons you would expect - dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer. There is also a cooker with electric hob, kettle and toaster. Its equipped with pots and pans, cutlery and crockery - just like your own home.

Linen, towels, toiletries provided and changed on a weekly basis. Just bring your clothes and personal items and enjoy!

We had a wonderful 1.5 week stay with our 6 month old and 3.5 year old. The flat was easily accessible and in a great location. And Jo provided us with a playpen/crib and highchair which were very helpful. The park and beach directly across the street were fantastic. The flat was clean, with a great view and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. What I loved is the follows, Jo & Nathan's prompt communication. The apartment was spotless. Great location. Quiet. Good amenities. 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms.

Great place. Just in front of the sea. You have everything you need in the apartment including shampoo and shower gel. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is quite.

Jo's friend Nathan checked us in and was very helpful and assisted us with our luggage and local info, he also organised the sheets and drycleaning etc each week. The apartment looks directly over West pier near to the new I360 and it is such a great view and location. Best way to describe it is your 5 minutes from everywhere. The apartment is modern with 2 bathrooms inc toilets 2 bedrooms both with sky tv, the kitchen is modern and well setup, no noise from road because the bedrooms our situated at the back. What a great stay for 3 weeks, thanks to Jo and Nathan and team.

It is a brilliant place to stay in Brighton. It has a perfect sea view and position. Hopefully come and stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. It's perfect!....fantastic location, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and decorated with crisp white bed linen and towels and even shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in both bathrooms! Jo has really thought of everything you might need to feel at home and relaxed.....and we did, immediately. Contact with Jo and the greeter, Nathan, was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful and accomondating. We will definitely be coming back here again. I would highly recommend this place, and already have done to many friends. So glad I found it. It's a gem!

I made my first step towards hosting in 2008 when I offered my apartment to holiday-makers.

Back then it was a totally different industry. Most people going places would choose a hotel. We expected to be full in the summer and empty in winter.

But now with Airbnb, staying in privately-owned homes is so much more accessible to everyone around the world, which is fantastic.

I meet so many people from so many countries, I feel like I am the one doing the travelling!!!
