5. Please leave all soiled/dirty towels in the bathroom and all soiled/dirty sheets on the beds. Please don't leave on the floor in the bedrooms.
6. Please throw away all your trash in the building trash chute. The trash chute is located off the lobby in a hallway. Don't leave boxes of pizza or food on the counter. Please throw away before you leave as we don't want bugs.
7. Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.Please wash your dishes and don't leave them dirty. Remove all food from the pots and pans.
8. No food in the bedrooms. Please don't take food upstairs. No drinks in the bedrooms as we don't want to spill on the beds or stain the furniture with cup rings.
9. Before entering the building wipe off all the sand from your feet and legs. Please don't bring sand into the townhouse.
10. Please leave the air conditioning on the day you check out. Leave it between 68-75. Do not turn off the a/c. Please leave it on A/C Cool do not move it from cool. Please leave Windows closed and don't leave balcony patio door opened when not using it.
11. No loud music after 11 PM.
12. Please do not schedule an event or large party with people here. It is a quiet building.
13. Please do not leave children under 18 unattended.
14. Please turn off televisions and kitchen appliances when you leave.
15. Wipe down all kitchen counter tops and sweep the kitchen floor when you leave.
16. Please leave furniture in the original position and do not move it around.
17. Please do not sit on furniture with wet clothes or towels.
Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to Lisa immediately or you may be charged for the cost of the repair.

Overall, this condo was fine but it seemed stuck in limbo between condo/hotel/and airbnb. If you plan to cook there are very limited supplies. I stayed here for three nights with 7 girlfriends and we were supplied with 6 rolls of toilet paper. We ran out before the end of our stay and were then told that no additional rolls would be provided. We were provided one trash bag and were also told we needed to purchase additional ones if needed. I feel that these are necessities that even the most basic motel would have plenty of. Aside from that, the location was fine, steps from the beach and a big pool, however there was some sort of construction happening between the building and the beach which was quite an eyesore. Unfortunately I don't think I would stay here again. Lisa however was very responsive and offered us a good deal for a very late checkout on our last day which was helpful.

I am a very detailed host. I emailed this guest and called this guest before her stay letting her know what we provide. The guest had the wrong phone number on her Airbnb account and it was hard to contact her and get a response. We do provide a package of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)= 6 rolls. Zoe didn't say this correct we actually have 4 trash cans and we place a bag in each trash can. It's not one trash can with one bag. There are 4 trash bags inside of 4 trash cans in our home. We tell guests you need to buy your supplies for cooking since so many people have food allergies, and you need to buy more toilet paper and bags if you need more as we only set up the home. We set up the home with clean sheets and clean towels. It's not a hotel and we don't have daily maid service. It's a townhouse inside of a building that also has units leased thru a hotel business. Those units cost more per night to guests. I could place my unit in the hotel program but I decided not to as I like to know who's staying in my home. Thru Airbnb I can meet my guests before they stay. I don't have daily maid service but I make sure ours is cleaner than the other units in the hotel. We disinfect each time the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. The beach sand is being druged out this month in an effort to keep our beaches clean and safe. That was the eyesore but it's the removal of non native beachbplants. Not specific to our place or building that is a Miami Beach issue.

The house looked just like it did in the pictures. House was very clean and host was always available to help with any troubles. There were restaurants where you could eat at within walking distance and a convenience store right in front. The pool is opened until late and the beach is very close. It was great staying there!

Lisa was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process: payment, charges/refunds, direction, and also checked in with us during the stay to make sure everything was OK. The place is definitely more family oriented which isn't necessarily a bad thing but it was a bit farther to get to the nightlife / popular restaurants in miami. But for the price and for a group, it was exactly what we needed.

Thanks, Trang! We are on the sand and we are in North Beach but not South Beach which is good for guests to know the difference. I am glad Trang mentioned that it is a great place to stay for a large group. Our prices are the lowest in the area for the size of the place. It is perfect for a family beach vacation!

On-boarding experience: It was a rocky start w/ confusion @ whether to register at checkin counter and unclear key retrieval instructions. Eventually, Lisa facetimed w/ us for help & had to pull in hotel security. There is a musty smell w/ old carpet in the hotel lobby area (dated) & the approach to the Townhouse units are not great. Parking/Valet: It was frustrating to wait 10-30 mins (regularly) for the Valet to pull up our car. Unit & Location: Overall, the unit quality was very good, comfortable beds and looked as depicted in the pictures. The hotel neighborhood is also good. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and lounging by the pool. The ocean water is really warm & great for swimming, beach was not crowded - there were few seaweeds, but this part of the ocean was so much better than other beaches (Key Biscayne was very weedy) Suggestions: Checkin would have been much smoother if there was someone to welcome us. Kitchen was missing basic starter kit - like salt, sugar, oil Checkout clean up instructions seemed a bit much - considering we already paid $180 for cleaning services Overall: It is a kind of a mixed-experience due to this being a townhouse unit within a bigger hotel. We missed some parts of the typical hotel-room experience (normal checkin, daily maid service, private bedrooms, soaps/shampoos, toilet paper). We had a semi vacation-rental experience (good townhouse feel, but 1 was a loft bedroom w/ no privacy, no cleanup)

My instructions to Pooja are the same as those given to everyone else but Pooja never read them. Since they had a car they had to register the car at check in and then the keys were on the door in a secured lockbox. I was on the phone with Pooja who arrived close to midnight and I walked her and her family thru the process. It was not easy to talk to Pooja as there was a lot of family members and it was very late. We did our best and it worked out. I do provide toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, and bars of soap. We do charge to wash the sheets, sanitize and set up the townhouse which is why there is a fee of $180. but it costs us that amount every time the cleaning co. has to go to the property so we rather not ask our guests to pay that additional charge as not everyone would like the daily service. We did discount the nights Pooja and her family stayed and they were able to save an average of $95 dollars a night. We like saving our AIRBNB customers money.
