This is an old carriage house and stable from the late 1800s that has been converted into an events center and wedding reception hall.

It's an elegant vintage building with the facilities and technology to host any type of event, from weddings to high-tech corporate retreats. There is a large projector and screen that can be hooked up to a television or laptop for presentations and movies, and there's enough seating for 40 people to watch the 120" screen.

We are a fully-licensed bar and we offer a FREE OPEN BAR to all adults at your event. This includes top-shelf liquor and an assortment of beers. We can provide catering or you can hire your own outside caterers. We have some folding tables and chairs, but large groups might need to rent some additional chairs & tables or get them through the caterer.

The venue is a small carriage house from the late 1800s and a courtyard outside of it. It is on the property of the Ellerbeck Mansion Bed & Breakfast, so we can provide award-winning rooms for you and 14 of your guests to stay in after your event. This events center is listed at a fraction of the price of comparable events centers because we will make our money by renting the bed & breakfast itself out to you and your guests. Room costs are separate, of course, and are required to be rented for events over 20 people (the cost of all of the rooms in the B&B is approximately $900/night in the low season). Pricing for the event venue itself is as follows:

· SMALL EVENTS (up to 20 people): $475
· MEDIUM EVENTS (20-40 people): $700
· LARGE EVENTS (over 40 people): $975

· SMALL WEDDINGS (up to 20 people): $750
· MEDIUM WEDDINGS (20-40 people): $1,200
· LARGE WEDDINGS (over 40 people): $1,750

We offer deluxe banquet chairs, tables, and linens in several different sizes, so you can mix and match to meet your needs. The price for these is a fraction of the price of outside rental companies. We are also partnered with a tent rental company, so if you want to have a winter wedding, a large heated (or air conditioned in the summer) tent can be set up in the courtyard for you. Outside catering is allowed or we have our own excellent caterers that can provide packages for nearly any budget. The following is included with the price of either package:

·Dolby 7.1 surround sound system
·In-ceiling large screen HD projector
·Full use of the courtyard, indoor carriage house, and the outdoor garden area
·Staff on hand to help with personalized set up and decorating

This is not a regular vacation rental property - it's an events venue and it requires us to approve you ahead of time. Please do not use instant-book to rent this property. We need to ensure that your group meets the applicable city ordinances and laws. Events of over 20 people must also rent the entire bed and breakfast since we won't be able to rent those rooms to anyone else while you have a loud event on the property. The room can also be configured to seat several tables for eating, and there is plenty of room for a dozen tables outside on the patio area as well (see picture). There is also a second area inside the actual bed & breakfast, and it has a professional kitchen for catering, and a bathroom.

If you're holding an event, why not have it at a venue that allows your guests to stay right at the location instead of driving after the event? Our bed & breakfast can sleep up to 14 guests comfortably, and we have several vacation homes within a few blocks that will accommodate more guests. This events center is listed at a fraction of the price of comparable events centers because we will make our money by renting the bed & breakfast itself out to you and your guests. PRICING: The cost of the Events Center varies depending on the size of the group. Below is a breakdown of the different pricing categories. Any function with over 25 people are required to rent all of the rooms in the B&B (for an additional price) since we won't be able to rent those rooms to anyone else if a large function is happening on the property. The cost of all of the rooms in the B&B is approximately $950 in the low season.

· SMALL EVENTS (up to 25 people): $450
· SMALL WEDDINGS (up to 25 people): $750
· LARGE EVENTS (over 25 people): $950
· LARGE WEDDINGS (over 25 people): $1,500

We can provide tables/chairs/linens for for small functions ($75) and large functions ($250).

Guests can set up on the day of the event, and in 99% of instances, they will be able to set up days before (as long as nobody else is renting it before you, which is rare). Small events will have access to a bathroom in the Mansion while larger events (over 20 people) will have access to all 7 of the bathrooms (since large events are required to rent all of the rooms in the B&B anyway).

All of our homes are in the Salt Lake City downtown area and along the nearby Wasatch Mountain Range. We chose this area so that our guests can explore the majestic beauty of the many secluded canyons along the Wasatch & Oquirrh mountain ranges, ski the world-famous Utah ski resorts, or mountain bike the challenging trails of the Uinta Mountains.
