Description
Description

Le Cours Le Royer is a beautifully restored and recently renovated 200 year old loft in the charming neighbourhood of old Montreal.

Hardwood throughout with original timber beam ceilings, wrought iron columns and a wood burning fireplace. The unit is fully furnished: 8-seat dining room/table, spacious living room, office and queen pillow-top bed. The bathroom features a large shower as well as a claw-foot soaking tub and his/hers sinks.

Views of the Notre-Dame Basilica and Place d'Armes are featured throughout a wall of 6 foot windows.

These destinations are at your door step, as is the Bonsecours market, clothing boutiques, art galleries and a multitude of Montreal's best restaurants (Garde Manger, Toque, Le Club Chasse et Pêche, Les 400 Coups). The metro is one block away for any excursions into the other vibrant neighbourhoods that make Montreal.

Regardless of season, Le Cours Le Royer is the best location to experience the best of Old Montreal and the surrounding city. Jazz, Comedy and F1 Grand-Prix summer festivals are all within walking distance. Cafe's and bakeries nestled into the oldest buildings in North America. Igloo-Fest, ice-skating on the St.Laurence and Montreal's Nuit Blanche are exciting winter festivals which take place throughout Old Montreal.
