This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment stretching over 2 floors, with an north facing deck and private courtyard with BBQ.

A beautifully presented 2BR self-contained apartment which faces north and has great views over Jervis Bay and Currambene Creek. It's light, modern, spacious and comfortable and stretches over two floors. Reverse cycle air conditioning is located on the top floor in the lounge room. Free wifi is also included for guests.
The top floor consists of open plan lounge, dining and kitchen opening onto a small timber deck with views of Jervis Bay. The master queen bedroom is located on this floor with a separate toilet outside the room. The queen room includes floor to ceiling built in robes, and this room opens onto an outdoor courtyard with table setting and gas BBQ.
The bottom floor consists of the laundry, main bathroom (with separate bath and shower) and the second bedroom which consists of a queen and single bed. This bedroom alas has floor to ceiling built in robes and also opens onto a small ground floor courtyard.
The apartment is perfect for families of 5 or less, or couples looking for a weekend away.
PLEASE NOTE: Our minimum stay is 2 nights all year around except for peak period which is 7 nights. All long w/ends are a 3 night min stay.

CHECK IN & KEY COLLECTION
Check in is on or after 2pm unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Keys must be collected from the key box by using the code issued with your booking confirmation.
Once check-in has taken place, keys are the responsibility of the tenant. If keys are lost or locked inside the apartment a call out fee of $50 (after 7pm) applies which will be deducted from the tenants bond. If a remote is lost a replacement cost of $66 will be deducted from the tenants bond.
CHECK OUT & KEY DROP OFF
Check out is STRICTLY on or before 10am unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Front door key and garage remote must be returned to the key box from where they were collected using the code issued with your booking confirmation. Failure to return the keys and remote to the key box by 10am will incur a $50.00 charge, which will be deducted from the bond. If check-out occurs later than midday (unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management), a full nights tariff will apply and be deducted from the bond.

Available via phone and email. Guests are sent a check-in email before arrival which gives them a code to the key box to access the keys on arrival.
Guest information pack (discount vouchers included), TV and DVD player, Stereo, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Hair dryer, Pedestal fans, Bar Heaters, Reverse cycle air conditioning, Gas BBQ and utilities as well as an outdoor entertaining table/chairs.
Servicing, Linen and Cleaning
The apartments are self-contained and are also set up with a servicing ‘starter kit’. This consists of linen and bath towels on arrival as well as basic amenities that include small milks, tea, coffee, toilet paper (2 rolls) etc. Beach towels are not included in the linen package. For stays over 7 nights, a service clean and linen change will occur at the half way point of your stay. This is at no additional charge. If you require additional services please tell us before you check-in, these can be arranged for a fee. Cleaning of the apartment is included in the initial quote, but an excess cleaning fee of minimum $50 will apply if the apartment is not left in a clean and tidy manner. Garage parking is provided for the apartment. Car spaces are marked as per apartment number. There is one car space per apartment. For additional cars there is plenty of free off-street parking outside the apartments in Field St.
There is strictly no smoking inside the premises. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the property.
Strictly no pets allowed.
CLEANING, BBQ & EXCESS GARBAGE
It is the occupant's responsibility to ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy manner. The dishwasher is to be left empty and dishes put away in cupboards. Bench tops are to be left clean and clear. All furniture must be left in original position. BBQs and their utensils must be left clean. Please turn off the gas after use. Excess garbage is your responsibility, and must be disposed of on departure. Each apartment has its own numbered bins. The red bin is for household waste and the yellow bin is for recycling (for cardboard, glass, paper and glass only). Failure to comply with the above will result in an additional cleaning fee of minimum $50.00, which will be deducted from the bond.
The following conditions apply to all guests occupying the premises:
(a) The premises shall be occupied solely for residential purpose by those persons listed on the booking. The premises shall not be used as a venue for social functions, including but not limited to weddings, receptions, bucks and hens parties or any other social gathering. STRICT NO PARTY POLICY!!!
(b) No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers. Excess noise is not permitted after 11pm under any circumstance. Nautilus Management reserves to right to evict guests who are found to be violating the noise curfew of 11pm. All courtyard areas need to be vacated by this time to avoid disruption to other guests.
(c) The number of occupant's MUST NOT exceed the number advertised and prescribed on booking. Failure to comply will result in termination of this agreement.
(c) Seafood is not to be gutted, scaled or cleaned at the property. Seafood scraps are not to be left behind in bins, please freeze them and take them with you on departure.
(d) No responsibility is taken for the occupants personal property left at the premises.
(e) Strictly NO SMOKING on the premises
(f) Strictly no pets are allowed
LOSS AND DAMAGE
The guest accepts responsibility for and agrees to indemnify the owner against any loss or damage to the premises or contents caused by them or guests of theirs during the guest's occupancy. The guest must report any damages, breakages or lost items (including keys) immediately to Nautilus Apartments management.
FIRE SAFETY & PENALTIES
Each apartment is fitted with a 1KG DCP ABE Fire Extinguisher and the 1m x 1m Fire Blanket. These are for Fire Fighting only. If you are not fully trained please DO NOT USE. ANYBODY CAUGHT TAMPERING WITH THIS EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED A $200 CALL OUT FEE PLUS REPLACEMENT OFF THE EQUIPMENT.
