Live like Old Portland Royalty in a classic 1920s Queen Anne Victorian in the heart of the NW Nob Hill Alphabet district! Spacious 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom entire main floor apartment in a quiet triplex with additional loft with room for up to 6 people. This is truly a luxury designer-decorated living space and attention has been paid to every detail to make your stay most enjoyable and comfortable. Sheets are 400 thread count plus, towels, utensils, etc are all top drawer. Large living room/dining room with brand new gas fireplace, oriental rug, original old growth oak floors, and high ceilings. Huge picture windows look out over the mahogany front porch onto Kearney Street. Cool art-painted pocket doors open to the designer-renovated kitchen with marble counters and marble tile backsplash, dishwasher, disposal, and other amenities and supplies. The stainless stove and fridge are brand and top-of-the-line. Large marble-topped island with raised dining bar. Bathroom has a shower/tub, and granite counter with carved onyx sink. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto the 200 sq.ft clear-covered cedar deck tucked into towering cedar trees. Large master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet, and teak dresser. Second bedroom has queen bed and a ship's ladder leading to a good sized sleeping loft with full size bed and office area. This room has an 18 feet tall ceiling reaching up into the second floor. New wool carpets in bedrooms. Collectible artwork, including vintage maps and pictures of old Portland, throughout the apartment adds an intriguing touch.

The location of our Queen is superb, with 100 point walk score. It sits in a line of Victorians a half a block from 21st avenue, with a dozen world-class restaurants within a few blocks. It is quiet and sunny with great light from all directions. The New Seasons gourmet food store (worth the trip!) is a close by, as is Trader Joe's, Good Samaritan Hospital and its Cancer Center, etc. Of course, the shopping on 23rd avenue is famous. Half a block from the trolley line that takes you into downtown and connects with Max Train that goes to the airport, Hillsboro, Beaverton, and Milwaukie. Washer/dryer in the basement. Off street parking for 2 cars right outside the door.

Adrian's place is in a great location. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. It's nicely decorated and very charming. I would definitely recommend his place to anyone wanting the experience of staying in the cool Nobb Hill area.

I highly recommend Adrian's place. It is centrally located to many restaurants and Starbucks. :-) Adrian is great at communicating for any questions and things you may need. The space worked great for our large family. I also enjoyed sitting Olin the outdoor space.

The place was so cute, perfect for our laid back bachelorette party of 5 people. It's the kind of place where if you left something behind at home, chances are it'll be waiting for you at the Airbnb (and if not, there are plenty of necessities within walking distance or easily accessible public transportation). The kitchen was extremely well-equipped for cooking, plus there are several cute cafes and restaurants right in the neighborhood. The lovely back deck was the cherry on top and the ideal summertime hangout spot!

Super convenient location with private off-street parking in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. There are many restaurants/bars close by, and the Pearl District is not too far either. The apartment worked well for the three of us but one bathroom could get tricky if there were more guests. Nice renovated kitchen and great bog living room for sprawling after walking all day. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Adrian's place was perfect for us when we came for several days in June. It was clean and quiet, and a very convenient location. He is a very good host who had travel guides and suggestions for us and offered to ship to us an item that we left behind. There are 3 beds and the kitchen is awesome so it is a perfect place for a small group to stay. I highly recommend!

Location was fantastic for what we needed and Adrian was fairly quick to respond to any questions we had. It is an older house, which has its charms (like a smaller shower/tub) but all around is really well taken care of. We were within walking distance to Trader Joe's, a lot of restaurants, and Pearl District. All in all, I think it's important to keep in mind that when you're in a bigger city that you're smart about which areas of town you go to and remember to remove valuable items from your car.
