The studio , despite being inside a building from 2008 is modern, clean and handy. You can find a big bathroom and big bedroom and a smal terrace with pool access. The pool itself is gigantic, and cleaned everyday. Internet is really fast for such a rent (around 5mo downloading). The area is the typical North Pattaya neighbourhood: family area, quiet, but you can find cheap restaurants and bars as well as upper standard ones in big resorts that ar ein the same street. Just outside of the building, you have a 7/11. The studio really worth the price asked, and I will definitely be back there soon. Only negative points are the safe that wasn't working at the time, and the apartment access in itself that don't have an elevator: despite it's on the 1st floor (and at the beach level with a private access to go there), you will have to climb a big slope to reach the street. It could be difficult for old people or mobility challenged travellers. Everything else, fits perfectly the description by the owner.

With regard to Fabien negative points: The safe can be a bit tricky to open. For this reason, I have never advertised the unit as having a safe nor have I ever offered the safe for the use of guests. All the elevators in the building work (the building is only seven years old and the management company does a good job maintaining it). In any case, my unit is on the ground floor, so guests don’t need to use the elevator. There is a gentle rise between the street and the building, but the rise is so modest that anyone capable of walking can cross it effortlessly, regardless of age (I haven’t tested accessibility with a wheelchair). 숙소는 정말 깨끗했고, 방과 바로 이어진 수영장이 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 또한 주변과 숙소 전체가 조용하여 휴식하기에 적합하였습니다. 시간이 맞지 않아 N.J를 직접 만나지는 못했지만 대신 스태프가 체크인과 안내를 굉장히 친절하게 해주었습니다. 특히, 근처의 수산시장을 방문할것이라고 하였을 때 택시를 직접 불러주었고, 수산시장까지 따라와 구매를 도와주고 조리하는 것까지 기다린 후 숙소로 돌아가는 택시까지 불러주었습니다. 숙소를 통해 가족과의 행복한 기억을 남길 수 있었습니다.

Although, I barely occupied the condominium it was more than satisfying. The photos displayed are a true representation of the quality within and outside the unit. My main reason for booking this location was the pool. It is lovely. After purchasing swimming trunks and anticipating for days the weather changed. This takes nothing away from the great experience.
