We are Blue Moon Bungalows, LLC and we feature two very unique architecturally styled bungalows on a one acre lot located in the Warren neighborhood of Bisbee, Arizona. Our two-bedroom bungalow, Harvest Moon which can accommodate up to six people offers the utmost in comfort while traveling.

Our two-bedroom bungalow, which can accommodate up to six people has hardwood living room flooring, tiled kitchen, bath and carpeted bedrooms. All newly remodeled, painted and decorated including featured artwork by both proprietors who are artist, giving the place a touch of eclectic-ness to our warm and cozy bungalow. DTV Basic and WiFi included.
Proprietors, Richard, or as he likes to be called, “Dick” is a retired architect who designed and built the bungalow back in 2007. Matthew, also an artist, comes from a 40-year hotel & hospitality background including Starwood, Marriott and several independent boutique hotels to name a few.
Both bedrooms feature plush queen size beds and a full size foldout sleeper-sofa with cozy comfort in the living room. All beds feature high-end bedding to allow for the utmost in comfort sleep. We added hypoallergenic pillows and when we launder we use only detergents free of dyes and scents. A full kitchen awaits you if you find yourself in a gourmet mood with everything ready to go! Including basic seasoning and spices along with cooking oil and cooking spray.
Complimentary coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate is provided as part of our guest service experience. Sit back in our cozy dining area or perhaps outside on the spacious deck at the marble and wrought-iron table surrounded with classic patio chairs all the while taking in the views Warren has to offer.
Our full bath has plenty of hot water and fantastic water pressure awaiting you to relax using our adjustable-head shower. Plenty of soft, fresh towels & bath sheet towels available.
Nothing expresses the joy of an Arizona getaway than simply firing up the charcoal grill and throwing down a few burgers or steaks. As part of our guest service we provide complimentary charcoal to get the grill sizzling. “Hey, is that roasted corn-on-the-cob I’m smelling?”
We haven’t forgotten about the little things that can make a huge difference when traveling away from home. You’ll find an ironing board, iron and hairdryer on standby.
Combining both talents of the proprietors, we joined up to bring something totally different, refreshing and comfortable into the Bisbee vacation rental market. Bisbee’s Warren area is the quieter part and being only 2.9 miles from historical Old Bisbee. Here you have plenty of private off street parking. Why there’s even enough room to park an RV too.
Just around the corner from us and within walking distance is the historical Warren Ballpark. On Saturday’s experience the year round Farmer’s Market at Vista Park located just across the street from the ballpark.
One of the proprietors lives on site and is available should you need or require anything. All you got to do is just ask.

While your here we can provide you with as much information about the area to keep you entertained. One of the owners is a nut when it comes to exploring the region and knows just about every little nook and cranny that others don't know about when it comes to exploring. So just ask.
Ample off street parking and plenty of it!
We offer complimentary use of the charcoal BBQ grill and provide complimentary charcoal and utensils for your use. Just give us your request so we can have it available for you.
We offer an Honor Beverage~Snack & Sundries Bar program. This is optional on your stay. This program provides a selection of non-alcoholic soft drinks, juices, milk, bottled water, chips, cookies, candies, peanuts, microwave popcorn and a breakfast line up of selections. Frozen meals, pizza and pot pies are also available as part of this program. We don't want you to starve while your here. The option of grocery shopping and providing your own food is at your discretion.
We are a non-smoking and eCigg Free. Smoking is only permitted outside. We do charge an additional $250 fee for deodorizing the bungalow if caught smoking inside the bungalow.
*Our Bungalows are non-smoking. Outside smoking is permitted.
*Replacement cost for towels and linens stained with oils, creams, make-up, wine, etc., will be added to your final bill.
*No open flames indoors. (no candles please.)
*No unregistered overnight visitors please.
*Day time visitors (between 8:00 a.m. -- 10:00 p.m.) are welcomed as long as it does not conflict with other guests enjoyment of their stay.
*We are not wheel chair accessible.
*Depending on which bungalow...4 or 6 people maximum occupancy. No sleeping bags, air mattresses or cots can be brought as supplementary sleeping arrangements without consent of the owners.
*Please make as little noise as possible between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to avoid disturbing the sleep of other guest on the property.
*Your credit card will be charges $40 per each not returned key.
Reservations: FOR ALL BOOKINGS
*Credit card info is required to hold a reservation at Blue Moon Bungalows unless you book through a third party booking site such as AirBnB. Sorry no reservations will be accepted otherwise.
*Payment for all nights booked will be charged if you do "NOT SHOW" or cancel your reservation within the published cancellation period.

*Please note that we need this required time allotted to prepare for your arrival. We ask that you respect this and time your arrival accordingly. Check in time is 2:00 p.m. We cannot accept any early arrivals even if just wanting to store your luggage only to return after 2:00 p.m. Again, we ask you to please understand this. It cannot be stressed enough. We do not accept arrivals before this time period unless they were "prearranged" in advance.

BLUE MOON BUNGALOWS Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to stay at Blue Moon Bungalows. We very much look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us so please read these Terms and Conditions to insure we are the vacation rental for you.
Smoking is only permitted outside and you must properly dispose of your butts and wrappers. Smoking inside or in an open doorway is not permitted. This also includes Vapor or eCIGs. We reserve the right to charge a $250 deodorizing fee if this policy is violated.
We are pet free.
Bookings, Cancellation and Insurance:
To confirm a reservation we ask for full payment in advance. This is based on number of nights and an additional $18 per guest above 2, plus an additional security deposit of $150 (refundable), plus our standard $39 cleaning fee. This should reach us within 5 days of making the reservation, after which we reserve the right to re-let the bungalow. A lodging tax of 13.05% is applied to room rates: excluding deposit and cleaning fee.
Please note: We strongly suggest you take out Travel Insurance which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
In the event of... Death, Airline strikes, Government shutdowns, acts of God pertaining to weather conditions or natural acts of the planet we do not accept this as a valid excuse for cancellations. Please understand this is our livelihood and source of income and we ask that you respect this. Again, we strongly suggest you take out Travel Insurance as stated above.
Requested to leave or ejected from the property:
If we find ourselves having to warn you several times to either conform to our policies, tone-it-down or having to call in the police. This also includes the use of illegal drugs on our property. We will ask you to voluntarily leave with the understanding no refunds will be issued. We trust it will never come to this.
We will only cancel your booking if your accommodation is unavailable for reasons beyond our control. In the unfortunate event that this happens, we will make every effort to offer you alternative accommodations. However, if this is not possible, or is unacceptable to you, then we will refund all monies paid by you in full. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.
Damages and Breakages:
This is a privately owned business and we treat it as an extension of our home. We ask you to please take care with our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you caused to the building or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We reserve the right to charge you for any repairs, making good or replacement cost we may incur.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data and Privacy:
Any data gathered during the course of this booking is held and guarded with the strictest of confidence. We do not release, sell names or any information pertaining to you booking a stay with us. We respect your privacy.
