I aim to provide a good experience of stay to our guests, but at this time the notice was so short thus bedroom and toilet/shower were not checked and prepared.
Since I am based abroad, I have to give instructions to the caretaker, but I can't contact the house phone as PLDT's service is crap. The line is interrupted by Chinese speaking operators (which is annoying). I have rang until 11PM 3x but all failed . Because of the time zone of where I am and time in Philippines, I can only call my brother instead in the morning Saturday (when guests due to check in), but he is coming from Q.C. as we know traffic is horrendous, so got to the accommodation late than expected.
If I am given an ample time to instruct the caretaker (at least 2 days notice prior to stay), delay wouldn't happen.
I had guests in the previous years, who have given me positive feedback on (Hidden by Airbnb) and 1 couple in this website for the same accommodation.
I apologize for any inconvenience that have caused your family.
I have corrected the booking notice on my page to avoid this to happen in the future.
