I stayed here for three weeks, and it is a fantastic little spot in an excellent neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the city's center and the Old Bazaar, and the neighborhood is great. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants open at all hours. Several grocery stores and a very good bakery are a five minute walk away (I recommend the bakery's burek, and you should get more than you're going to eat because it makes a great breakfast/snack). This studio is perfect whether you want to explore Skopje for a while, or want a pleasant place to stay on your way through. The studio is charming, modern, and well-equipped, with a balcony and any amenity you might need. And Ivan is a superb host, responsive and always ready with restaurant recommendations, advice on how to get to and from places, and fresh linens. Enjoy!

It was a friendly welcome by Ivan upon arrival and the studio was as I have expected from the photos. It was clean and well-maintained. I have found every utilities i needed in the studio, Even an umbrella. Perfect location and in a walking distance to city center and cafes, bakery and city mall. Highly recommended if travelling alone like I did.
