High ceiling Victorian characterful front room, in a charming home, safe and quiet - a perfect bolt hole for anyone wanting easy access by tube, bus etc, to Central London, minutes away from the world famous Camden market, and Regents Park! Minimum rental 3 days.
Please see the other reviews, as they are about the same place. I have hosted more than 250 stays, so it is worth having a look. Here, you have the place to yourselves and check in by yourself and can stay maximum 2 people.
Super, typical London flat in a quiet Victorian (19th Century) beautiful, quiet, residential street in Camden, very near to the famous Camden market/the tube and Regent's Park (4 minutes each by foot!).
You have use of the studio room, including hallway, modern kitchen and bathroom. It is a typical London Victorian front room with a narrow hallway.
Babies are welcome, though I don't have any particular bed for them, so this you need to bring with you yourself.
A home, very safe with a good, modern kitchen, with small fridge and new clothes washing machine, and new shower in the modern bathroom.
This is a nice flat in central London, perfect for touristing or as a work stay, instead of more expensive (and normally not as nice) Bed and Breakfast accommodation available in London.
The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a new 26 inch screen TV, freeview and free wifi are included as well as towels and linen and obligatory cleaning, in other words, no need to bring any linen.
It's only 2 minutes walk to good, affordable Camden restaurants, shops, bars, pubs, music venues and cafes etc. and the flat has a view to lovely gardens from the kitchen.
It is a requirement that you read the manual on how the flat works before you arrive, at least the bit about accessing the key, as it has all the info I normally otherwise give you when I check in people myself. It takes 10 minutes maximum, and please do it be done on arriving, for some safety reasons, too.
Check out can be any time, before 11am, as the cleaner arrives at 11am. If you need to deposit luggage, Kings Cross/St Pancras provides this service, for example.
If something breaks, you must tell me, so you need to send me a message immediately, and that goes for something in need of fixing, too, as this is my home, and I need to keep it in good order for my lovely guests and myself. Thank you so much for understanding!

The kitchen, bathroom, hallway and of course the studio/living room are all available for your use and you'll have your own key, accessible in a protable key safe outside next to the front door, and it will be your home for the stay.

This is your holiday so we are normally available through texts, the internet, airbnb and emails. If an emergency, you contact me as soon as possible of course.
I am looking for a minimum of 3 nights during March.
If you do have a small child, and provide your own cot, you are welcome to bring that. The baby would go free, ie no extra cost. I do not have a cot to offer for a small child, however, I'm afraid.
Please, if asked by a neighbour who you are, please tell them you are my friends visiting (which you are!), and if they want to contact me, I will be home soon. No one has asked in the past 5 years, but just in case they do. Thank you for understanding!
I think Camden is the best place to live in London, as it's near to everything, in a really safe neighborhood and beautiful street, near to all the main London attractions.
There is plenty of pleasant strolls in the nearby area, including well known Primrose Hill (where film stars, for example Jude Law, live), pretty Regent's Park and gorgeous Hampstead Heath, for example.
Camden Market is the largest in the world, Regent's Park is one of London's two larger parks - all within about 4 minutes walk!
The street you'd be living is also one of the most beautiful in Camden, and though it is near to the busy High Street and Camden tube station (both 4 minutes from the flat door), it is still very peaceful :) The corner delicatessen does very good coffee etc, by the way, and if you walk Delancey street towards the High Street, there is also a shop where they grind the coffee, ie make 'proper' coffee - quite unusual for London!
Please use the coffee in the flat.
From Camden tube you get into the very centre of London in 15 minutes, as Camden Town tube station is literally directly north of the very centre of London, ie Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square!
It is also so near to Kings Cross/St Pancras (10 minutes by tube), which is the train station, where you connect to Camden, either from Eurostar, or any of the airports!
I expect you treat the flat as if it is your own home, with respect, but also as it is residential - ie not a party flat - so, nothing loud between 23:00 hrs and 7:00 (am) hours, please - any smoking is not to be done immediately in front of the building, but away from it, say by the delicatessen on the corner.

I live in central London, Camden, 4 mins from Regents Park and the underground in a charming, quiet, one way street and I like travelling myself and love having guests staying.
I am quite active in the arts and socialising with friends, colleagues and I like improving myself as well as running one or two businesses.
I like meeting new people too and am open minded and easy going.
