This modern design apartment is spacious and very cozy; ideal for a family and couples. It is in a typical Dutch house, situated in the lively and popular West neighbourhood with a local market, plenty of cafes and restaurants and home to the famous De Hallen. It is 2 minutes walking from the Jordaan and 10 minutes away from Anne Frank House, Dam square, Leidseplein. It is also very well connected with public transport with central station, the airport and other parts of the city.
The apartment is on the third floor, overlooking a small park. It has a large living room with an open kitchen with a island bar, wooden beams, furnished in a modern design style with a flatscreen smart TV, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, both bedrooms with high density memory foam mattresses and pillows for extra comfort and relax during your sleep, all coming with hypoallergenic and antibacterial covers. The beautiful cosy terrace faces south so you can enjoy the sun almost all day. There is a lounge set and a barbecue. On the other side, facing the park, there is also a French balcony with plants.

You will have the whole apartment to yourselves. It comfortably hosts 4 people. If you are only 2, we will prepare one bedroom for you, but you will still have the full apartment for yourselves.

We rent out the apartment when we are away but we are always reachable and make sure that you can contact one of our friends here for any help/support you may need.
The apartment is situated in a residential area.
Therefore, you would need to be careful with noise after 10pm or on the common staircase. No parties allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces, with ashtrays and a special garbage bin for cigarettes.
The apartment is in a quiet residential street, therefore it is not suitable for late-night parties or excessive noise. It is perfect for families or couples looking for a romantic and modern experience. You will feel like a local!
