This is a fully furnished, self catering apartment.
The apartment is a first floor unit and can accomodate between 1 and 3 adults. It consists of a living room/dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area leads to an open air balcony.
The living room/dining area has a couch, coffee table and dining room table.
Entertainment includes Satelite telivision (DSTV) and a DVD/CD player and books. Internet access is also available.
The main bedroom has ample built-in cupboards and a double bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, consisting of a shower, basin and toilet, with modern finishes. It sleeps two.
The second bedroom has a single bed. It too has built in cupboards. It sleeps one.
The visitors bathroom consists of a basin, toilet and bath with hand shower. It has modern finishes and services the second bedroom.
Good quality bed linen, bath towels, as well as toiletries, are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances required to make your stay comfortable and convenient. This includes a fridge/refrigirator, hob/oven/, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The fridge can be stocked with quality pre-prepared meals, ahead of time on request. Menu options are available on request.

The apartment complex has 24 hour security. There is dedicated covered parking and the complex has a communal pool & barbeque area for entertainment.
*** About Sunninghill Gardens: ***
Sunninghill Gardens is a boomed off/gated residential suburb within the Sandton municipality.
Surrounding business districts include the Sandton, Rivonia, Fourways and Midrand CBDs.
Sunninghill has in its vicinity a number of upmarket shopping centres, live entertainment venues and cinemas and variety of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and pockets. Gyms, banks and ATMs are also conveniently located.
Slightly further afield one can do horseback riding, fly fishing, walking and hiking, cycling and mountain biking, and hot air ballooning. One can also visit botanical gardens, prehistoric caves, wild life sanctuaries, mountains or golf courses.

Housekeeping comes at an additional cost of USD 35 per visit. When 3 guests occupy the premises housekeeping is charged at USD 50 per visit.
This typically takes place twice a week, during Wednesday and a Saturday.
Guests will be charged one additional cleaning visit on departure.
Please negotiate with host based on your requirements.
A deposit of USD 500 or equivalent is required.
The deposit is for any consumables, damages & breakages, or any other charges that arise.
The deposit is required when checking in or earlier, as indicated by the host.
Deposits and refunds can be made via (Hidden by Airbnb) (prior to arrival) or in paid in cash on arrival.
Deposits are refunded in full or part are when guests checkout.
Amounts will be deducted from the deposit to cover any consumables, or damages incurred as a result of breakages or violation of house or complex rules.
In cases, where guests shorten their stay or are asked to vacate the premises because of any violation to house or complex rules, amounts for remaining days will be deducted from the deposit.
The host welcomes any mediation, by AirBnB, in the case of their being any dispute around deposits .

For those travelling into or out of Johannesburg, from or to Durban, Bloemfontein, Cape Town or Nelspruit the Lanseria domestic airport (approx 30 mins)and Johannesburg International (OR Tambo) airport (approx 45 mins) away.
Sunninghill is centrally located near a major highway interchange, making all major highways easily accessible.
Sunninghill is aproximately 10-12km from Sandton CBD and Metro (Gautrain) Station.
