Bel espace fonctionnel et bien situé. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Nous étions 4 filles, et jamais nous nous sommes marchées sur les pieds. Tout est à distance de marche. (épicerie, restos, attractions...) À recommander, assurément !

The view looks over the Atlantic, which makes for an amazing sight, the place was very clean and the location ideal. I highly recommend staying here during your stay in Myrtle beach!

The first thing you will notice is a large water stain ~(5x5ft) over the bed that you are supposed to sleep in. There is mold and mildew growth around the water stain which means they never really addressed it. The shelves in the refrigerator was held up by duck tape. Also the stove had dried up food and grease on it(hopefully they can attempt to address that). Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the sheets had a huge urine stain on it. After seeing all of this my wife and I had to find a hotel to stay in since we were not comfortable sleeping in a urine stained bed. We reached out to Hosteeva and provided pictures in an attempted for a refund and we were told that those were "livable conditions" and that they would get back to us about a refund. However, we have yet to hear back from them (one week later). We have now gotten Airbnb involved, hoping for better response. The unit in one word "scary"!

Now it is quite understandable why you tend to falsify the reality and to mislead the people interested to book this condo. This place has a great view and is right by the beach. It’s within walking distance from a bunch of places to ear. I would add there is an ick factor that may be from the building being old. It wasn’t super dirty but the floors made the bottoms of my feet dirty. The floors were also super slippery.
