open space condo style with king size bed very private, flat located at very top floor / Penhouse with garden on the top where you can play , drink, play music or barbeque. with Tv, sky Tv or cable, cooking facilities, Wifi access connection, In the morning you can catch the sun rise with amazing cold flow. with hot water shower and toilet.

You need to pass the architectural staircase from ground floor going up to the penhouse.

WE welcome you to fell the amazing views like tower yet cosy home at affordable price. the second floor flat where my sister stay we/she will always be to help you but of course we respect privacy and I hope you will respect privacy as well the others.

The property is located 2.4km from the city of baguio, but it is accessible to all public transport, its a community of more or less 200 people around ,All people are friendly and many shop/store if u what to buy a drinks, food etc. we have 24 hours barangay tanod who walk during evening time for security.Baguio city is Established in 1900 as an American colonial hill station 155 miles north of Manila, the capital of the Philippines, Baguio is the geographical confluence of the indigenous and the foreign, engendering a rich tradition in art, history, and culture for the past century. Declared as the country's “Summer Capital" in 1903, its mild climate—with an average of 59 to 73°F (15 to 23°C) although lows and highs of 43.3°F (6.3°C) and 86.7°F (30.4°C) have been recorded in 1961 and 1988, respectively—continues to draw lowlanders by bus, intrepid travelers with backpacks and bicycles, university students in search of ideologies and independence, missionaries of diverse persuasions, and a cadre of writers and artists. This private residence is 5 to 10 minutes to popular tourist destinations such as ARCA's Yard, Wright Park, The Ketchup Food Community, Camp John Hay, The Manor, Mines View, Baguio Cathedral, Hill Station, SM Baguio, Porta Vaga Mall, Session Road, Cafe by the Ruins, Burnham Park, and The Orchidarium.The green valley sport centre, The la freza sto tomas, and many others site.

If you going to city centre by jeep is fun and cheap for only 11 pisos or if you want to ride a taxi no need to go up to the main road taxi will come to you. or if u what walk only 1 minute to go to the main road. In the main road where you can find Bar/ disco bar/ restaurant/supermarket/bank/and many more. or if you want to go to manila or other destination no need to go to the bus station all bus will pass to us.. safe time and money too. or if you want to go art gallery you can walk or ride car/taxi the bencab museum near to us, police station very near to us. or if you want to visit La-Freza very near to us.

My concern are
1.Your safety and always be happy
2.Always close the main gate
3.Always tell us if you break something
4.Always tell us what time will be home so that we know where are you and what happen and give contact no of your love ones
5. Drink moderate and respect others tenant during evening
6.This is a residential home and we /I what to share & likes our passion

respect others tenant and no loud music during your stay. if you have car you can arrange to park outside the gate which is free and secured. if you damage something interior you are liable to pay the cost to replace them including small utensils in the kitchen . Treat them like your during your stay. If you going out give the key to my sister who manage the property and lock secure to flats. I and we respect privacy and I hope you will injoy your stay.5. Let your host know if you're running late

Try to give your host an accurate idea of when you will be arriving. They may have plans which they have to fit around you or, if they're not staying in the same place, they will need to travel to where they'll be staying for the night. As such, if you said you'd arrive at 8pm and actually it's looking like it'll be 10pm, make sure you let your host know. Apologise for the delay and let them know you appreciate their flexibility.

6. Bear in mind that it's not a hotel

I don't know about you but when I'm in a hotel I walk around in my robe feeling like a king. Everything is immaculate when I arrive and, er, less so when I leave. In an Airbnb situation, however, you must remember that you are in someone's home. This means that a) not everything will be as immaculate as in a hotel because people actually live there and b) there won't be a maid cleaning up after guests. We certainly don't expect you to clean the place when you leave but a decent level of tidiness is appreciated – especially if you weren't charged a cleaning fee.

Good: easy to book, hot shower, quite good mattress, great view (apartment in the 3rd floor with balcony all around) Bad: all day and night dog in cage in front when you arrive, 1 dog on leash also, + 2 dogs locked up on the roof (4th floor) all day long in the heat. You can hear them running and barking. Not friendly but most importantly, so sad not to say unacceptable. The neighborhood is like a big kennel, if you decide to stay there get earplugs. One towel was ok, the other one was so small you could only dry your feet. Average wifi (when you have it). 250pesos per hour taxi available...

Thank you, i did not expecting my manager put the dogs in the roof garden but according to my manager it day time that why she put there, why you did not ask to remove the dogs? There is no big issue regarding the noise this is normal during day time and you can hear dos barking every where, thank and we will emprove more our apartment .
