No Smoking anywhere in the building, please be considerate to the neighbours whilst staying.
No more than the agreed number of guests are allowed to say in the flat. Please leave flat clean tidy when leaving, please place all rubbish into black bags, and leave the bags in the wheelie bins in the front of the house.
A Cautionary Deposit of £300 is to be paid prior the the booking commencing, this will be refunded after vacation.
Fur Insurance purposes we will require a copy of a current Utility Bill verifying address and full contact details.

As fairly close destinations, as a family we love going to both Le Touquet and Bembridge, in the Isle of White.
