Though rare, sometimes during very high winds in the winter months the heater pilot will be blown out and the safety mechanism will turn off gas to the heater. Reset instructions will be printed out for you should this occur. It's rather easy to reset.
Being NYC, the subway system is subject to occasional reroutes and delays due to construction, accident or heavy usage. It's best to check your mapping apps to stay on top of schedule changes.
Please do not smoke tobacco inside the apartment. If you smoke outside, please put your butts into a trashcan. Be mindful and courteous to our neighbors regarding noise.
I share this home with my longtime partner, Adrienne. I'm a musician and actor. Adrienne is a writer and performer. This is our Brooklyn loft. We're clean, friendly, respectful of others, animal lovers. We travel often for work and sometimes pleasure.
