Rental Area - For 2-6 guests there are three bedrooms (king, queen, and double), 1.5 bathroooms, updated kitchen with granite counter tops and eating bar, dining room, living room, family/work out room on lower level- completely private access to back yard, large deck off kitchen and pool area.

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS - On approval of rental, guests must sign and return to owner copies of Waiver and Rules (provided by owner)
THIS IS A QUIET, FAMILY ORIENTED NEIGHBOURHOOD. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBOURS.
1)CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 AM. NO Early Check-ins or late Checkouts.
2)This is a NON SMOKING unit, approximately 1800 sq. ft.
3)NO GLASS around pool area.
4)PETS not permitted in rental unit without written approval, and not allowed on furniture or in pool ever! Please register your pet with me for approval. ($10 per night fee plus $100 cleaning fee)
5)CONTENTS OF HOME - I do not permit any contents, including towels or linens, to be taken from the home at any time.
6)I DO NOT rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
7)Beach and/or pool towels not provided so please bring your own.
8)DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - is fully refundable provided the following provisions are met:
a)There is no damage beyond normal wear and tear done to the home or its contents, its yard or the structures and pool in it.
b)No charges incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents due to additional guests, or services rendered during the stay.
c)All debris, rubbish, and recyclables placed in garbage cans and recycling cans. All soiled dishes rinsed and placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
d)The home is locked, all windows secured.
e)All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f)No linens are lost or damaged.
g)No household contents are lost or damaged.
h)NO Early check-in or late check-out.
i)The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner),
the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by me the owner.
j)The home has not been smoked in.

11)MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (6) approved registered persons.
12)LENGTH OF STAY - THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A SEVEN (7) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY from June 15 to September 15. Shorter stays are possible September 16 to June 14, or with the owner’s approval. Please ask!
13)NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES OR DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the units, daily maid service is not and therefore unavailable. I recommend bringing your own beach towels.
14)RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice, prior to booking.
15)FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretences will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
16)WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
17)FIRE & STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless the National Fire or Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation. In this case, the day of a mandatory evacuation order I will refund:
(1)Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
(2)Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Warning is
(3)Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation scheduled to arrive during the warning period.

I'm Pauline, the owner of this vacation rental property. Born and raised in Winnipeg, although I did live in Toronto, Calgary, and Edmonton before settling here in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in 1988. For over 20 years this vacation rental home was enjoyed as my family home. Most of my neighbors have been around for a long time, some since before the original bridge was built. It's a great neighborhood to raise children in, which is why I originally bought the house. Now that the kids are grown, the house seemed big and empty...Perfect for a vacation rental home away from home.
Now, what do I like? I like the sun and the beach, animals, travel, motorcycles, a good glass of wine, a great margarita, good books, great food, great music, peace and harmony.
